All I can say is... always check your order! Everytime we go there our order is always wrong. The teenagers working there just dgaf. One night they were playing their music so loud they couldn't hear our order would not go here if it wasnt the only place to get food after 10pm. Have opted for gas station pies just to save the headache of dealing with their incompetence.
Unfortunately no drinks were in the happy meals we ordered which we did not find out until we were well on the road. Service was incredibly slow, no smile, barely acknowledged. Definitely had better attitudes at all of the other McDonald's we've visited.Food: 1/5
The food was free for me because i went on the macdonalds app and ordered a free mcflurry but when i asked a coworker where is my icecream she said what icecream i said the icecream i ordered she said no and then this other coworker came up to me and said do you just want a large with oreos and flakes on top and i said yes please because i ordered a regular and small. Parking: In Kaitaia McDonalds is the best severing and a lot of parking spots which are so cool.

Hot chocolate really yummy. Very busy in there, wait was not super long but a slightly stressful environment with one of the staff members shouting your number and giving you the evils if you didn't get to it quick enough Decent serving of fries though!
Waited 15mins to be served. I was the only one at the counter, no one else in line. Got part of my order wrong. Food was ok. Venue clean & tidy.Food: 3/5
Food was hot and freshly cooked, however the service was incredibly slow in the drive-thru. The queue wasn't long, it just didn't seem to move.Food: 5/5
Hit and miss really sometimes everything is then sometimes it's just 0. I think they should have a sign or something to say when there's no ice cream lol or apple pies, sometimes I ring first. ALWAYS check if they put ur sauces in Kid-friendliness: The playground isn't that great Parking: Plenty of parking, 2 disabled parks

Compared to the mcdz I eat at home near kerikeri that was a rip off in their service. It was yum and hot plus their indulgent shake was delightful. Yummm
