I always enjoy the food, it's basic takeaway food not cordon bleu cuisine. When I don't feel like cooking, Kai Thai (in Kaitaia) is my first choice

bad service and bad food. got the order wrong and tried to blame me for the order? they were rude and wouldn't offer to change the order. from what I have seen, other people have had similar experiences.

would not ever go back.

Very rude did not get the order right asked for crispy chicken but got something else and was not bothered with any good customer service ie listen to the f@$#en order got ripped off with the food portion as was under half filled tasted really bad to like it was there left overs they were trying to sell before they closed up the shop Gross!!!!!
