This KFC, use to be a great!! Had a Fijian manager there, good team and they had the best seasoned fries in all of nz and friendly service.nnNow service is downhill. They continually forgot to put all of your order in the bag they don't season fries and they don't have any friendly Fijian hospitality!!
Had a 40 minute wait in the drive thru for food that didn't feel like it was made to order and extra costs than what was displayed on the menu. 2nd bad experience from 2 visits. Won't be returning.

Always been my 1st choice of takeaways in kaitaia, love the spicy wicked wings, but the original chicken always disappointed way too salty and soggy. Wish they have hot and spicy on the menu all the time. Staff member alright, but couple of times my order missing some chicken, or got a piece of crispy skin instead of wicked wing..so might pay a check of your order before you leave the store..
Food was delicious service was great and had a awesome atmosphere staff were very friendly
