Always been my 1st choice of takeaways in kaitaia, love the spicy wicked wings, but the original chicken always disappointed way too salty and soggy. Wish they have hot and spicy on the menu all the time. Staff member alright, but couple of times my order missing some chicken, or got a piece of crispy skin instead of wicked wing..so might pay a check of your order before you leave the store..
Went to dine in but was told the eating area was closed. Ordered at drive through x2 Jumbo Boxes x2 Gravy, x2 Coleslaw, x4 large Chips, x2 1.5 Litre Drinks. We asked for paper plates and cups. No spoons for the gravy and coleslaw, no napkins, no cups, but we did get paper plates. Not a good experience considering we had a big order.
I wasn't going to post a review but because this is the third time now that it happened I thought I'll do it this time. I go to KFC for the spicy wicked wings, but for a third time, my order was missing chicken. The first time it was 1, second time two, and today there's one. They are not off their feet this afternoon. It was a very quiet drive through so why they're not counting properly. I was tempted to count right there and then remembering the last time I ordered a bucket of wicked wings but I thought no, they're not busy so I'm sure it's okay but of course not. Not good enough, hence this review. And I hope the person who serve me today learn how to smile. I know she must be tired, it's 4.34pm but she could be a but cordial. I will still come once in a while for the wicked wings but please customer service is very important.
Went here for the first time and it was pretty good. I'm from Auckland where the food is always disappointing. I got a lunch snack pack and even got the chicken I asked for and the burger was fantastic, it had a heap of fresh lettuce which I love. My husband 1/4 pack was also very good. Only complaint is they haven't changed to cans yet, but the cup fanta was still good.
We visited around New years so it was totally jam packed with customers. Took us over 40mins to be served over the counter. Other then that the food was good. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
I've been using the app to order for delivery for a while now. Multiple times I've added normal coke in my order and instead they've sent zero sugar coke This has happened 6-7 times. I had to change my drink to either Fanta or Sprite because I knew I wasn't going to get what I originally wanted, but recently they've done the same thing and switched those drinks to zero sugar coke as well. On another occasion I ordered a Zinger burger with a different sauce than the normal one and no red onion. They sent it with the normal sauce and red onion... I find the bread bun too sweet and wanted a saltier sauce to balance things out. I also wanted to try the burger without the strong taste of the onions. Starting to think they don't care tbh.
Very rude staff , The old lady opening up the store had quite a attitude . I can understand that they got a little late to open the store but hey! If we were nice about it you can be too.

Lovely staff, clean and well maintained. Totally up to date with covid guidelines. Meals were not heated but cooked as ordered.,awesome service Kaitaia.
The wait is sometimes long but the chicken is always fresh! The guy who took our order was awesome.
