Only used as a late night or early morning tuck stop. If HJ were open they wouldn't get my business.nFood is well over priced for the poor slap happy food quality you receive! Oh andnd there icecream machine is always out of order, this is a big issue...... People desperately need their Icecream at crazy hours! That's just a fact!
Has to be the worst Maccas in Australia.. Do they ever get an order right?nnOrdered two burgers without cheese but both had cheese Staff were rude and argued back even though the boxes clearly say no cheese.
Terrible. We sat in the drive thru for 18 mins AFTER we had ordered at the speaker box, and there were only 3 cars in front of us. When we got to the window, there were workers using their mobile phones while just standing there. The worker was rude when I corrected a mistake they made while we ordered. After leaving, I tried calling management to put in a complaint as several items were missing. I tried calling many times over two hours, and there was no answer.
Waited 15mins and then our food was cold! When we asked for it to be fixed the care factor was zero! Staff standing around talking not working, restaurant filthy….. is this the worst McDonalds in Australia?
Not very happy today, always had good service but the last couple times we have been getting more and more shell.nThen today we had this big chunk in the middle of my partners muffin... think you need someone else doing the eggs‍
