By removing staff not serving u any more if they forget something and you have to go up to the counter you can't get there attention they see you but don't want to see what you want, my grandson stood at the counter for 3 minutes they look at him but keep walking pass it took my partner to go up and say excuse me before anyone answers. What's happening to our customer service McDonald's once upon a time that's what was important.
It's maccas. I did have to ask for more soy as half the coffee was foam. The order took a while but was good and suitable for me as a coeliac.
This is a great place to stop by on our ride from Hawke’s Bay to Wellie. For some reason I start to starve 5mins to the McDonalds in Dannevirke. Food and service do not ever disappoint. Thank you for the great service and food. Definitely a great location.
Got an iced caramel latte today, took a sip and someone had mistakenly put hazelnut syrup in it. Absolutely ruined my day. What if I was allergic to nuts?!!! Horrible place
Always busy here, and sometimes the service shows. Nothing about this Macas makes it stand out. You know what you're going to get - overpriced, underwhelming, fastish food. There are other cafes in town that serve better some equal or worse that would love your custom.....just saying!
