I ordered a McSpicy burger and the patty was soo dry and stale. Hadn't left the car park so took it back inside, they offered to make me a new one, but came back out a minute later and said it would take 7-8 mins to make a fresh one. When youre paying 20 bucks for a simple burger chips and drink, you should be getting a decent quality meal, not stale dry patties. Try harder, do better.
Very clean and tidy Good service. The only gripe I have with all McDonald's is that not one can do a good hot chocolate. They are too sweet even when I ask for no marshmallows. Need to change the chocolate powder
This is a great place to stop by on our ride from Hawke’s Bay to Wellie. For some reason I start to starve 5mins to the McDonalds in Dannevirke. Food and service do not ever disappoint. Thank you for the great service and food. Definitely a great location.

Half a sundae, burger thrown together. Last time was missing fries, and hot chocolate tasted like warm water. Quality of food is disgusting, and if you complain they act like you're putting them out.
