This place is the worst KFC in New Zealand. Although the food is fine, the service is disgusting. Rude, slow customer service, slamming the food on the table, saw one girl throw the bag of Buns on the table to another guy, literally through it across the room and it landed on the floor, where they picked it up. Staring out in the distance instead of taking our order. They seem like they are Brain dead, they can’t process a simple order in their brain. I swear move as slow as possibly can be. All I can say is, what the hell? This is all whilst there was literally only one order on the screen. Our order.
Great service and food options, friendly, helpful staff! Jade was very thoughtful when explaining the menu. Our takeout dinner at home was very pleasant!
This is the best kfc I’ve ever been to. I made my order, turned around and then it was ready. The chicken was fresh out the fryer it was crazy good. 10/10
Dannevirke KFC is wonderful. Great fast, service,good amount of salt on the fries,non greasy chicken.
the chicken was dry, flavorless, and so tough it seemed like it had been reheated multiple times. The staff ignore costumers fries were soggy and cold, the gravy was watery and lacking any real flavor, and the service was slow and apathetic. It was clear that no care was taken in preparing the food, leaving me with a meal that was not only inedible but also a complete waste of money. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a decent chicken meal to avoid this KFC at all costs.
