We often call in to KFC Dannevirke during our travels. I cannot fault the food because it was good. HOWEVER, to the older Māori woman - my whānau didn't order a side of ATTITUDE to go with our meal. My partner was so patient with your shocking service. To the younger staff,you guys were good & made up for 'Angry Annie'. Also,we had to clean our table - lucky I had my own wipes.
unfortunately Dannevirke KFC is one of the below average restaurants. How do you run out of chicken at a chicken restaurant? Insane. The other day we got snack burgers. Very cold patty and soggy lettuce. gotta do better since it’s like an hour to get to the next kfc
This is by far the worst KFC I have ever been to i went in to order and waited for 7 minutes screaming at the top of my lungs for service the person cooking could see and hear me but ignored me instead of referring me to counter staff i walked out discusting customer service also another time the potato and gravy was 20% potato and 70% gravy rip off i also had to repeat myself 3 times at the drive through for a simple order I think they have no interest in serving customers and hate their jobs don't go to dannevirke kfc
This place is the worst KFC in New Zealand. Although the food is fine, the service is disgusting. Rude, slow customer service, slamming the food on the table, saw one girl throw the bag of Buns on the table to another guy, literally through it across the room and it landed on the floor, where they picked it up. Staring out in the distance instead of taking our order. They seem like they are Brain dead, they can’t process a simple order in their brain. I swear move as slow as possibly can be. All I can say is, what the hell? This is all whilst there was literally only one order on the screen. Our order.
Disgusting service from two VERY rude Māori girls behind the counter. Threw our Kai at us, no thank you or nothing.
