Went in on Friday the 23rd of January at about 5pm. Had great customer service, speed and communication. Had some of the best kfc chicken i have had in a long time. Absolutely amazing
Used the drive through on 4,/5/26 approx 7:20 pmnJust on a mish from the coast and thought takeaways were a great choice.nHaving such a great day and even positive to think KFC would be a treat eventhough macdonalds was considered.nWe wish we had gone to Macdonald to be honest as the service was absolutely crap, the young lady was just plain arrogant and we simply just tried to make an order with no rhetoric just plain and simple.nI wasn't taking it back because at that time we were heading home and to be honest if the meal was correct I wouldn't leave a review at all.nJust remember bad attitude can cause bad repercussions!n37 bucks wasted on what was supposed to be just a meal.nThat lady who I wont describe only to avoid being crticized needs some serious training on that crap attitude.nThanks for mucking up a perfect day with a loved one.nChuur
unfortunately Dannevirke KFC is one of the below average restaurants. How do you run out of chicken at a chicken restaurant? Insane. The other day we got snack burgers. Very cold patty and soggy lettuce. gotta do better since it’s like an hour to get to the next kfc
WORST KFC EVER.....nnEverytime I order here the customer service is the most rude and arrogant people I have come across, if you don't like your job Please quit coz it's an unpleasant experience. Always out of chicken but due to the rude arrogant workers they fail to inform you before you order then give you attitude when you decide not to order when there is a long wait for chicken, what else do you expect me to order you are Kentucky Fried CHICKEN ‍ Take the drive to Palmerston North people at least you will enjoy your meal and experience.
great service from two young maori girls, they looked happy to be there and had great manners. their service was amazing and quick. need more workers like them at kfc !
