McDonald's

The food was fine as McDonald’s usually is. The problem was the security on a Friday night. We ordered our food and waited for it. Once we got it we moved to a quiet corner to eat and we’re told we had to move outside to which our response was questionable giving we had had a drink but not aggressive. One of the security guards then crossed his arms in a threatening manner and told us we had to leave. The other, wearing a blue jacket and shoes that were clearly a few sizes too big for him proceeded to throw people out left right and centre and then hide by the tills like a troll under the bridge. The first security guard came to explain himself as we ate in the door way to avoid the rain so I assume the other was his boss? He was really nice with us while the other was not there. Over all we can not comment on the McDonald’s staff themselves, the food was fine but the security left a bad taste. Maybe look in to a new team who are qualified to have security badges or even a new security company as a whole.

Probably not the best place to put this, but today I witnessed one of your employees handing a coffee to a customer, the coffee ended up all over his son and he began shouting everywhere about how she purposely threw the coffee over him. From my perspective, it looked like the kid grabbed the cup as soon as she placed it down and poured it all over himself. The poor girl who was handing out food did nothing wrong! I just wanted to get that out there in case a complaint is made against her.

This is how a Sweet Chilli Chicken Wrap looks in this McD’s, when confronting the manager she said that there’s nothing she can do about it as people make mistakes. May I also add that they forgot about my order and several other customers, I had to wait for over 20 minutes to get my meal, while others had to wait for more than 30 minutes. From now on, personally I will boycott McDonalds.

Woman was trapped in the Toilet, this SHOULD not happen anywhere, took Mcdonalds 30 minutes to get her out they had to resort to getting Firemen, poor woman looked distraught, panicked and very very anxious... this is horrific.. they should pay the woman compensation for her time that was trapped in the toilet this could cause psycholigical distressed... hopefully Mcdonalds have learned their lesson here and shut away broken things away from customers...

My daughter and her friends call this the posh maccies. If it's busy go upstairs and get table service. Wet floors downstairs and on the stairs are a bit lethalFood: 5/5

It’s rare I’d go as far as five stars for a McDonald’s. It’s all the usual prices and the same usual food you’d find in a McDonald’s, it’s the wait that makes the difference. The staff in this particular McDonalds, work at lightning speed. Once you have placed your order, your wait is a couple of minutes if that. I’d never had any issue in this one. Keep up the amazing work. These staff all deserve a pay increase!

I didn't have food just a coffee while waiting for a friend. But I cant fault the staff here. Very friendly & helpful staff who assisted me is I have a visual impairment. The atmosphere here is pleasant.Food: 1/5

food good tasty & hot & place clean & tidy, no male toilets though so went unisex toilets.Food: 5/5

Just what you would expect from Mcdonald's, nothing fancy, just fast food when you're hungry .Definitely a place that children like ! Kid-friendliness: Have Happy Meals for children also highchairs for babies and toddlers .Children run around without a care

Clearly not that bothered about deliveries missing parts of the order, 3 meals 2 deserts. Half of it came l, no drinks, the selected sauces didn’t come and the chips weren’t salted. Sort it out it’s embarrassing for the industry
