Well I've never seen a big mac like this..what were they thinking as they made it?ABSOLUTELY nothing in-between the middle and top bun..Still tasted OK but surely they should know how to put a big mac togetherFood: 2/5
Possibly the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been in. Teenagers just sitting on tables chilling out and not even ordering anything. Food was cold and took ages to come out. Men's toilet was blocked which looked like it was for a week, my wife went to the women's toilet and said didn't look much better than the main restaurant with a wet nappy thrown on the floor in there. Tables dirty and nobody removing rubbish and cleaning them, bins were full and overflowing. I think for the health of the people McDonald's should close this restaurant down!!!
Waited over 40mins for food, roughly 60 other people in the building waiting, queues out the door. Staff not communicating with each other looked like no one knew who was doing this or that. Manager on their phone instead of helping staff. Asked for no salad on all food items, all came with salad, do not recommend at all
2 minutes per car in the drive through. Been here 25 minutes so thought I'd write a review. Server inside seemed more interested in flirting than doing any actual work. Awful. Stopped as it is just off the m6. Go to Lancaster or Carlisle for a better service
Went in after finishing work at 10pm, drive through was closed so decided to go in. Baring in mind they are open to 11pm which is stated on the app and Google maps. There were plenty customers still sat in so I started ordering on the screen. Then a member of staff came over and all he said was “one second” and just switched the screen off and walked off. So I tried questioning about it and he didn’t really say anything. Overall, the place is really understaffed. Food takes well too long to come.
Has to be the worse McDonald's in the UK. Dirty both inside and out. Food is always cold. Average wait time 20 to 25 minutes. Drive thru que blocks busy main road. Staff are rude and you rarely get everything you order first time round. Avoid at all costs better of driving a little further down the road to Burger King Parking: Lack of parking spaces plus heavy fines if you park anywhere else nearby
With another vehicle behind me I was trapped in the queue for the drive-thru. Had I not been stuck, I'd have just left after not moving an inch for 15mins. In the end it took over 50mins to crawl to the service windows. I've no idea how such a small queue could have taken so long and wasn't offered an explanation or apology for the longest wait I've ever had for fast food. The food wasn't even freshly cooked as you often get during busy times.
Absolutely shocking! Bins inside overflowing with dirty trays stacked high. Food all over the floor. Just witnessed customers cleaning their own tables with clothes from the bin stations. The few staff there are, they are just miserable and have no care for the customers.
Unbelievably poor. Drove in to a click and serve bay to find it wasn't available. So we ordered from the app for collection. It was busy inside so we did expect a bit of a wait. Our order number 58 eventually popped onto the ready to collect screen but... nope it wasn't ready. So we waited, and waited, they are now serving into the 70s so approached the counter again to find out where our order was. The lad behind the counter apologised and said our order was lost because they were so busy and he would sort it straight away. 40 minutes we waited for 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 drinks. It wasnt a complex or large order. my husbands big taisty was anything but as it was stone cold. Parking: Parking difficult as there is always a large drive through que making accsess difficult.
Arguably the worst McDonalds I've ever visited. The order took 15 minutes minimum to be served, all the while items were put in and out of our bag like a culinary hokey cokey resulting in items missing. The food was cold barring one portion of chips. The toilets were disgusting...I don't use that statement lightly but they were not fit for humans to enter. The management should have shut the doors and closed for a week to clean and repair the place as it needs so serious attention. The car park is more akin to a Mario kart track with people flying around like they are trying to set hot laps in F1 qualifying; all the while following a slalom track created by lazy people abandoning their cars in random locations that meant you'd find it easier to find a parking space or route out in an Escher painting. It is disgusting and not fit for humans much less to be eaten in.
