Disgusting. Rubbish all over the place inside and out. Never seen such a disgusting public place. Seriously. Kiosk printer error couldn't print my ticket. Service slower than normal. Mess on practically every table spilt coke. On floor and tables. What health hazards lie here. Complained to manager who just laid down this excuse. We are short staffed. This place needs to be visited by a health inspector and shut down.1 star review cos I can't five it negative stars.

Waited 20 minutes for a "fresh" mcspicy. Got an old mcspicy that had been re heated. Pile of slop with cardboard. Very rude service. They didn't give me a receipt so that I could return it so I just threw it out my window
Their frappe machine seems to break on every warm day. How about placing a sign before customers get stuck in the drive thru queue advising of which machines are broken each day? Frustrating.Food: 2/5
Useless. Cannot even get service. Self serve boards no responsive, staff at register also unresponsive. Waited 10 minutes in the drive though before reversing out, minimal traffic. You don't even deserve one star Avoid at all costs
Mcds here in joondalup is a real hit and miss. Sometimes it's great an sometimes it's rubbish and they don't put the extra sauce on your burger when requested ‍ or leave things out..super annoying if in drive through an don't notice till you get home ‍. The toilets need attention more often than they get in a day too.Food: 2/5
The food.. well it's Maccas... so I don't eat it... but my boy loves the nuggets, and we were on way home from the rugby go the Blues the young guy on the window was down right rude and obnoxious. Had it not been so late with school in the morning I would have left. The guy who brought the food out we had to wait was totally different so pleasant cheerful and apologetic we had to wait for the food.
Went drive through, ordered large fries, received a small fries in a large box!! Rip off. Also no sauce. And got made to wait in a waiting bay for 5 min only for them to still mess it up!
Not often to give 5 star to a maccas , great staff and can totally see how a great management team brings good vibe to the store. Even it is abit of wait but all staff are working hard and polite. So much better than the one maccas in Morley
1. Never going here again 2. Water was warm 3. Long wait for just water 4. Card machine wasn’t working 5. Ripped our monopoly tickets off the large water. 6. Workers weren’t doing their job.
