McDonald's

Well, I have both positive and negative experience here. Generally, the environment is clean, staffs are friendly and food meets the McDonald's high standard. However, they occasionally miss something in the order as human errors. Last night, new year eve, it was busy at this restaurant until late. However, the staffs were still friendly, the environment was clean as usual and food were good as my expectation. Thus, I would like to thank these people's hardworking in excellent service at such busy period while we were celebrating.

Service 7/10 (Service refers to the helpfulness of staff. Entry staff to food service through to cleaning service). Facilities 8/10 (Are the facilities modern and up to date. Cleanliness around walking areas eating areas and toilet areas). Food 9/10 (Does the food have an expectable level of eatability. Does it taste ok? How is it priced?) Speed and Accuracy 10/10 (What is the wait time? Did you get what you ordered?)

I had previously held this McDonald’s as one of the best in general in the SEQ area. Clean, great staff, some lack certain expertise in greeting customers in the method as taught within the company. Like always, best to check your order before leaving as I have had a few missing things, but rarely does this happen. However, in the past few months they have been making bid mistakes. No pickles on burgers, or if there is pickle present, it is singular. And unfortunately this is no singularity, I have a collection of receipts with details of these failings. Did McDonald’s not give all staff a voucher to see “The Founder” movie for free? If they did then we have a bigger issue. Obviously I will be taking this up with management so that this store can be back up top as one of the best I have been too.

It's just another mcdonald's.. Foods good if you like maccas.

The drive thru here is always fast and the staff are nice. No complaints about the food.
