What a waste of $13.25. Went there to try the new spicy chicken ribs in a small meal for dinner on Sunday night, and got old and cold chicken pieces photo attached. The ribs looked like they’d been sitting in the warmer since morning and were really dry and had turned hard, bit into one and the batter and the chicken inside were just dry and cold! Could’ve gotten a decent fresh meal at KFC for the same price. Also, the lady at the drive-through window seemed like she didn’t want to be there!
Went in for a small snack on a weekday, cheeseburger and a soft serve. Food was ok, nothing over the top, but decent. What was surprising was how clean and tidy it was, no food, no wrappers, no scum or gunk in the corners.. top marks, well done for keeping it clean and presentable. Will custom again!
Tonight they were rude and took 20 mins to get a fries & drink...? Then the dude was super rude, like if u hate ur life mate - please don't take it out on your customers! Stated for me to go when I was checking my order was right. Chips were few, emotions many!
I ordered chilli fries and two drinks online.nMy girlfriend ordered an additional coffee separately.nnAfter waiting for over 30 minutes, there was still no response.nI can accept delays with my food, but a coffee taking half an hour?nSeriously?nnIf negative ratings were allowed, I’d definitely give one.
Disappointed Drive-Thru ExperiencenWaited 13 minutes in the drive-thru just for two Storms — no meals, just desserts. One of them was already half-melted and barely filled. Really disappointing, especially since it wasn’t even busy. If it takes that long, at least make sure the order’s done properly.
