Normally i don’t ever leave a review but the service was quite appalling to a point where its not worth coming back!! Have always been a pizza hut lover.. was driving past when we thought we might just walk in and have it in store. Firstly, the lady who served us at the counter had zero customer service! She gave us a look that she could-not be bothered to help us out with our order, then she Didnot know where the things we ordered were in the till which is fine guessing she was not familiar with it, is when we thought the manager would be better but the manager was the same. Zero customer service, ordering process was one of the worst experience i have felt my entire life, we waited for our food which then arrived on standard wait time which was nice and when i asked for napkins/ serviettes, the manager walked in to the back wash room, pulled out hand towels from hand washing section and handed it to us!! The lack of service was shocking to see as pizza hut is such a big brand and this is really bad show for the enitre company!!nNever coming back, ruined our pizza night completely!! All would i say is please train your staffs correctly!!
The service here was absolutely amazing—definitely the best Pizza Hut location I’ve ever been to! I found out I have the same name as the staff member’s nephew. They were very warm and inviting, with lovely decorations that made the place feel extra special. :
Tonight I walked into the coopers plains pizza hut and ordered the two for one large pizza special.nUpon inquiring, I was told that it would be $16 and change for the deal but when i went I tapped my card to pay for it, it was $20nOnly then was I informed that I was charged a late night surcharge.nI had to ask at what time did the surcharge begin… ? To which I was told 10 pm..nMy order was put into the til at 10:02nYet, had started my order before 10 and there was no mention of this.nn** It is also important to note that the man who was working was rude and I felt like I was inconveniencing them by being there.nnWhen I received the two medium and that’s being generous to even refer to their size as that ,nn- two, of these pizzas -nplaced in large pizza boxes.nI asked what size they were as I thought they must have just made a mistake butnI was toldn“Those are large look at the boxes” and was told to look at the comparison of box sizes on the wall.nnPerhaps the boxes were “large” but the pizzas inside were NOT.nnAs you can see in the photo they are nowhere near the 14” as advertisednOnline and I checked multiple pages to be sure it was correct.nnAnd I have ordered large pizzas many times before and also from this location,nand I know how big They were meant to be.nnonce I left the store , knowing that I was annoyed about the situationnthey immediately turned off the lights and pretended they were closed!nObviously, so that I wasn’t able to come back in .nThe store was not meant to close for another hour..nperhaps,nthey were shutting early or had changed the store hours, as you would think..nbut no.nOnce I got home I called the number which I was connected to through the google search,nnand to my surprise, nthey were still open!nnUnbelievable .nI hope this bad review was worth whatever you managed to save on that few inches of crust and couple shreds or of cheese.nRidiculous.
I would love to give a negative star rating if I could. One of the worst experiences ever. I ordered spud bites and it had only 16 pieces in it. That standard size is double of it and I specifically requested for it which I shouldn’t have to in first place, there’s a reason there is a standard size for it the guy came to deliver it and I told him that they were less and it should be 30 At first he said yes there should be 30 in it and then I counted it in front of him and they were 16nHe called his supervisor who then said that we only provide this much and that our standard size is 16 to 18 which is absolutely a lie. I would have been fine with anything above 20 but literally half????nLike seriously should I start ordering two spud bites to get enough as I should be getting in one???nPlus no tomato dip ???? Which is again a standard thingnIf u don’t know how to pack orders correctly then please get trained againnnLiterally the worst experience ever at any Pizza Hut
“I ordered a small pizza from Pizza Hut and it was perfect for one person. The crust was soft yet slightly crispy on the edges, the toppings were fresh, and the cheese was just the right amount – gooey and delicious. Portion size was satisfying without being too heavy, and the flavors really stood out. Great value for money and quick service too. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a tasty and affordable meal!”
