Terrible service, terrible food. The owners need to give up, they have got everything wrong. It is obvious through looking at recent reviews that users profiles (stock photos, recent review history, location) that the owners/staff members are paying for people to give 5 stars to increase their rating. Completely dishonest and sad. There are numerous suggestions on here that could help you to improve your shop however, you continuously disregard them. GET STAFF WHO HAVE ADEQUATE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!! who are good/hard workers, retrain your staff or hire new ones who have the skills.
