i ordered the new yorker burger and dirty fries, and the aero mint shake, and they were soooo good! they were presented very nicely and the service was amazing too. great variety on the menu with options to suit everyone :Food: 5/5

Legitimately one of the best quality burger restaurants I’ve ever been too, the sweet potato fries are particularly bussin’. Not only is the food great but the people working here are also very friendly.Food: 5/5
Edit from original Went to Burger Urge with a friend and it was a fantastic experience, we were served by Nick who was so kind to offer me and my friend suggestions that were delicious! The Burger was fantastic alongside the chips which were super crispy, Nick also went of his way sometimes to make sure we were enjoying our food which is appreciated. We’ll be coming back for sure thanks to the lovely hospitality given to us by Nick !
Dined in last night 24th June at 7pm. I tried the Nashville Death Wish Burger Challenge, im sure this whole deal is just a marketing stunt. First of all when I got served the burger there was no PPE, when I asked the waiter if im suppose to wear PPE he said he didn't know and if I wanted to I could wear the gloves and glasses. Personally for me it wasn't very hot at all, I have tried Scorpion On Steriods dubbed Australia hottest BBQ Sauce and that was intensely spicy. I won this burger challange without a breeze and feel I didn't really deserve the keyring because of how weak the burger was. Burger was also stale and the chicken was dry but the side of chips were delicious! The burger definately does not look anything like what is advertised on their promotion signs. The people were nice but not sure I'd give Burger Urge another go.
Great staff, really friendly and accommodating. Fast service and food always tastes fresh and is perfect every time. Great vegan and vegetarian options and flexibility as well. Love it. Vegetarian options: Really great range of vegan and vegetarian options, and choices to make any item vegan or vegetarian. Dietary restrictions: Really understanding and accommodating of dietary requirements and choices.
Poor form. Poor presentation and poor food quality. There's no way you should expect anyone to pay $20+ for a Cali Burger that ever looks like this! Soggy bread, wilted lettuce, mushy tomatoes and 2 dry burger patties?? Next time I'll take my money elsewhere. Shame on you guys, Salisbury Burger Urge!

This place has the BEST food and their thickshakes are amazing. Hands down one of the best burgers I've had in quite some time and the thickshakes are in my top 3 best thickshakes I've ever had. The store itself is quite small and lacks any real dining/street appeal however the food and service well and truely makes up for this. If you haven't eaten from here before then I highly recommend giving it a try. You won't be disappointed.
