Where do I begin??? The place was an absolute MESS!!! We were waiting 18 minutes for a hash brown, an apple pie, a frappe NO CREAM AVAILABLE and a chai latte… they were also not prioritising anyone! The UberEats and Doordash people were waiting 10-15 minutes to be recognised!! And the employees weren’t even rushing to get anyone done…
Went to buy a burger as we had a blackout at home and as usual the food was not very good .. ordered double mcspicy as it looked real nice on the menu ,, ordered went to window and paid , then waited for more then ten minutes as they were making burgers i suppose . They did give us our drinks .. finally received the food and drove home ,,,nThe chips were freezing cold as i suppose they were dished out before the burgers were cooked …and my chicken mcspicy was a disgrace again !nHere is a picture of what i should have received and what i received !
Highly recommended Jarred the boss man to make your coffee. I am a constant coffee connoisseur and highly recommend Jarred 5 star coffees. Good Job Jarred.
This was undoubtedly the worse experience I ever had. First I was charged the wrong order 16.50 over my order price. Then I had to go inside to get a refund. Had to wait for the manager, even though she's the one that asked me to come inside. I had to show them my order multiple times used the app. Even then I had to remind the staff what was in my order multiple times, cause they were forgetting stuff. And then when I finally get my order the chips are completely cold. When I go in to ask for hot ones I got attitude from one of the staff. There were staff members that saw me waiting at the counter and just ignored me. I was sooo frustrated by this encounter.nGood thing I don't live in Bundy cause if I did I would NEVER come back here.
Waited 20 minutes for my meal, listening to the employees talk and hardly do anything at all, just yap. Then once I finally got my meal the food was crap and old. Would of thought it was being cooked by how long it took.
