Great service!! Employees we’re presented well and we’re very nice and helpful. We dined inside and it was a lovely experience, meals were brought out to us and were very tasty. The facilities were also clean and tidy definitely happy to come here again! Well done !
Ordered a double quarter pounder meal... was greeted with a pleasant and friendly tone by the girl behind the counter. Meal was fresh and hot; the cheese melting over the burger patties. One of the best experineces at a McDonald's ever! Thank you to all who contributed to my meal being fantastic!
If there was a 0 star option I would be doing this...!!! No pickles or onion on our cheeseburgers. Absolute rip of. Never trust these guys. Pickle thief's!! Manager hung up multiple times when we called through and was claiming the cameras picked up the pickles and onion. In town McDonald's couldn't believe this.. so rude and dishonest, never going back!
Rude staff member on drive throughnot the cashier, she was lovely Threw the food at me then just left me sitting until someone else asked if I was ok? Obviously I was blocking their drive through! No still waiting on our drinks? Got the items eventually with no apologies and only half filled. Disgusting customer service! Hope this is not how all staff are trained here.
Ordered 3 hotcakes, a muffin meal with 1/2 strength coffee with sugar, an extra muffin and another 1/2 strength coffee with a toastie. Order was missing a hash brown and my toastie. Coffees were not 1/2 strength and did not have sugar. I have given 4 stars for food as my childrens hotcakes and husbands muffins were good. I have given 2 stars for service as each issue got rectified, otherwise it would have been 1 star. Each time waiting at the counter, I was not acknowledged for a good few minutes even though there were at least 3 staff there each time. Disappointing visit but glad we dined in so I didn't have to waste my time driving back.
Sadly 1 is the lowest rating. 21 minutes to get 2 iced drinks. After 18 minutes and noting people after me hd received their orders.. Oops! Getting worse, not better. A simple order of 2 iced drinks. Had to wait 5 minutes as we watched the waiting queue grow. Got home to find both plastic containers were split and the sticky contents were all over the cup holders. No doubt it'll take an hour to clean up! Another disappointing visit to the cracked arches!
MacDonald's from what it was in the 70s to what it is today is chalk and cheese the staff are in a rush I'm not! the food is smaller less quality rushed to make it inadaquately,the place was clean the staff were as polite as they could be while there looking over your shoulder to serve the next person .Not there fault management time deficiency let's rush.All in all as an experience not good.Better quality food more staff to customer attention Hi how are you I'm not a robot type of thing would improve the overall experience for the customer instead of give me your money this is a hold up type of experience here's your food gimmee your money gulp it down, get out quick the cops are comeing.
A rather disappointing establishment, waiting half an hour for food on a Sunday morning, when food was delivered most of the order was cold, as it had been sitting on the bench for almost 20 mins. It was not crowded, there were 3 other people in the store.Food: 1/5
Order took 15 minutes to prepare and when I got it it was stone cold, I even made the girl feel the chips she agreed they were cold and told me if I wanted hot chips I’d have to wait another 3 minutes in which case my already cold burgers would be even colder, they didn’t put in the salad dressing and the salad was only half full of just lettuce and tomatoes. Lots of staff standing around eating their own hot chips, very poor service.
Pretty unimpressed. We were there early in the morning for breakfast. There were no other customers in the store. No clean tables, the floor was dirty and there was even food on some of the chairs. Made a comment to management and the response was a nonchalant "yeah, it was a busy night ". Mcdonald's used to be known for it's cleanliness and service.
