Ordered a family feast and this is how the chips came, completely not edible. Tipped the chips onto the kids plate and as you can see in the photos I got chips with my salt order!
Food is always good and fresh, and never have to wait very long in drive-through.
Every single table in the dining area was filthy dirty! Workers aren’t very fast paced and were too lazy to go wipe some tables.nHeard a worker carrying on about asking for extra sauce on the burger.nThe gravy must have been thrown into the bag as the lid was off and gravy was everywhere.nTo top it off the Toilet had no toilet paper either.
The service was pretty bad. I had to shout to get someone's attention, even though I was standing at the counter, I must be invisible. It took 30 mins to get the order. In usual fashion, they get the chips out first and just sit them there while they process a live chook or so it seems to produce 4 sad burgers. 20 mins into the wait game, I asked for hot chips when the rest of the order was ready, as I didn't want cold chips. It took another 10 mins to get the burgers. Meanwhile, every burger that comes along goes in a bag and straight to the drive-through, or the uber eats dudes. The shop obviously was busy, and I don't mind waiting, if you give me a hot meal and not a mishmashed mess like I got. The staff seemed stressed, and I don't know what kind of day they had had, maybe it was a shit day for them too. If I had to base my opinion on this experience alone, I would be reluctant to recommend this store to anyone.
Another visit to the finger lickin chicken joint.nFood was good. Needs more lettuce guys. Throw on a few extra cents worth.nEven the distribution of mayo and it would be nice, instead of half my burger being dry.nnServed with a smile, this location is always upholding its levels of hygiene.
