The food is fresh and good quality..... when you FINALLY get someone to take your order. Manager was too busy simply walking around taking money out of the drawer. Maybe spend the time and serve your customers.

Everytime we go we always receive great customer service from the staff whenever we get food from here. Have never had any dramas. Good food and very affordable prices too. Couldn't fault if I tried. Thanks so much guys and keep up the good service!!

Absolutely disgusting place, bought a breakfast meal today and not only was half of it wrong but when I got home there was a cockroach wing in my burger, I vomited twice, "great breakfast guys" will never be back, they should have the health inspector through that joint!! Also the short/chubby "girl" that was taking orders at the window this morning 22/12/17 was the most rudest person I've ever had the displeasure to meet, I'm soooo disgusted that I'm going to plaster this all over social media every day until the owner has something done with that "girl" and has the health inspector go through hungry jacks on Takalvan street Bundaberg. Social Media is a very powerful tool..

Literally every time we go there its always something wrong. the current staff are proper useless. Order two meals and check the bag only to find burgers i show them and the receipt 28$ mind you she claims i only ordered burgers (for 28$???) and she just shrugs her shoulders and comes back 5 mins later with the food. every single time the order is wrong without fail. 9/10 times the eftpos is down and or they dont have buns? or things like order large chips and its 1/4 full? never had a single problem with the hinkler hungry jacks something needs to change.
