Unbelievably clean! Walked in with my family at 5:00pm Friday 12th April 2024 8 of us, including 5 kids....tables, floors and playground so CLEAN - most Mcds we've always gone to have been dirty, not this one!! A young employee cleaning while we waiting for our order, Taylor CHAND, so helpful and doing her work with a massive smile...our food was great & warm. The staff here at Nerang Mcds are awesome!!! WILL DEFINITELY COME HERE ALWAYS!!
This store has the largest al fresco dining area I've ever seen. The store was both clean and had empty bins.
Purchased frozen drinks and meals to the value of $85. Got home and I only live not far from MacDonald and our frozen drinks were only half full called the restaurant and complained . Lady asked me if I wanted to turn around a go back and I stated no as the meals were getting cold. As it was when i got home the chips were only half full and cold. I really feel this store is not what is should be. As this has happened to me a few times lately in the past. I will definately not be going to that store at Nerang again.
All I bought was a cup of tea with milk. Can't even get that right and my tea was black, no Milk! What tthe??? 95%of the time they get the order wrong so i tried to make it simple, still can't get it right. Lift your game Maccas
The filet of fish was dried out and old. Wouldn’t recommend. Purchased on 18/11/23 at 15.43. Felt ripped off
