I have been at this KFC every Saturday lunch time for about 10 weeks in a row and every time I have been there the food has been awesome, it's hot, fresh, great chips I can't believe how good thile food was and how consistent it is. Well done KFC lift that 3 star rating with food like this..
Ordered my food and took 10 minutes to pick it up then the lady behind the counter told me it had been sitting for 20 minutes and that next time I need to order right before I pick up as my food was going to be cold I then informed her that it had only be 10 minutes she then repeated her self, if I was worried about if my food was going to be hot or not I would have just ordered it at the counter and she was queit rude about it also and to top it off im still waiting on a refund that was promised after they messed up my order and its been about 2-3 months. Has time be the worst kfc on the gold coast not happy at all
The absolute longest wait I’ve ever experienced at a ‘fast food’ restaurant. Absolutely frigging insane. And absolutely no need for it. This was JUST to have the order taken. Never again.
Ordered the family burger box.nFirst issue is no eftpos on drive thru working.n2nd issue is order was wrong, requested 2 BBQ bacon zinger towers, got zinger stackers.n3rd issue, asked for extra salt on the chips and got none.n4th issue, no sauces for the nuggets.nnUpdate 14/6nGot 3 of the $6.95 boxes with nuggets, popcorn chicken and chips all the boxes were super full
Worst KFC I’ve ever had. Dry stale bun no lettuce and the chicken was dry and inedible.nSo disappointed and disgusted never eat there again and this isn’t my first time I gave them benefit of the doubt but I will drive to Arundel as theirs is amazing.
