Long line in the drive thru for renovations, it took us a while to get out food which ended up really good. Given that the site has been renovated for the second time within 10 years. Food then came and this wait ended up being totally worth it. I’ll come back when renovations are finished.
Call in to get burger at 10pm. Go to duck into toilet on site. It's closed. No sign no reason. What do you expect me to do now when I need to use a bathroom and then want to spend $20 with you or $40 to $60 if I bring the family family. What is a travelling family to do when they need a break and a feed and have young kids. Probably peeing in your garden. Do you know how far you have to drive to try and find a toilet? That's not your problem but do you think I'm going to come back or perhaps even come back again in the future to spend money. Ok, next your going to say you can request access to bathroom like a good primary school student. Many people don't ask. I know why it's closed due to difficult reasons but it's the worst of service and many places do the same. Maybe put your thinking cap on and come up with a way it can work for everyone because why should good people be penalised. There are a lot of great going on at this restaurant due to the boss and hard working staff but why make people angry.
Just went to drive through... I always order a Chicago from the grill section… this time was nothing like usual…really disappointed to spend $19 for this…
I had an excellent experience at Hungry Jack’s Nerang. The customer service was absolutely top-notch — the team was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made me feel welcome. My order was taken quickly and with a smile.nnThe Whopper I received was perfectly fresh, hot, and full of flavour — easily one of the best I’ve had! Everything was made just right, and you could tell the staff take pride in what they do.nnHighly recommend this location for great service and consistently fresh, tasty food. Well done to the Hungry Jack’s Nerang team!
Great service from manger named Tommy, lovely boy with a lot of charm . Was given my food by two coworkers named Mason and Isaac, as I saw on their name tags. What lovely boys this new generation has, great service, would come again. And as I was leaving, I wasn’t able to carry my food due to my excessive weight being 200kg+, but that doesn’t matter, as Mason and Isaac helped me, with one opening the door and the other helping me carry my food, as my arms are so big due to my excessive fat. But I don’t care, as I do love me some cheeky Hungry Jacks. But I just wanted to give a shoutout to these lovely 3 boys. I will be back probably within the next hour, as I love food. thank you boys attached below is a photo of what i got with myself in it too thanks hungry jacks
