First thing order off the GYG app it’s the only time my food is made correctly. It also will fix the waiting time.nnSecond service is always hit or miss sometimes it’s easy come in grab food and leave other times you can wait 10 minutes just waiting for someone to acknowledge you’re standing at the pickup counter. Having a staff member dedicated specifically for takeaway and pickup orders during busy hours would help dramatically. Also training staff a bit and holding higher expectations for your service would dramatically improve your business.nnThird the food is great if you know how to order. When ordering off the app you can see you can add extras that dramatically improve your meal. It does not come that great if you don’t customize it yourself.nnBelow is a chicken burrito bowl always add extra chicken add in red onions coriander extra tomato add in a hot sauce depending to your preference and you will have a very good bowl of food.
Your food & service has gone extremely downhill the busier you have become. Not sure if you’re training the staff properly or just hiring teens now that couldn’t care less, but the last few times we have ordered we have been disappointed. You are also starting to become like every other fast food chain completely forgetting to add food to takeaway orders & you can’t even call anyone to lodge a complaint as the phone goes to voicemail and nobody responds and emails are not responded to either. So far I’m out of pocket about $30 in missing food, so I am not going to waste my time any longer. I’ll only ever get food from you when I’m completely desperate and since there are plenty other options around my desperation will be a while away. My daughter just came home with a burrito & I asked her if she ordered a rice burrito because that’s the only thing in there! Once a loyal customer now a hater
Ordered through uber eats food was good as always but the drinks were half empty opened my lid for my iced coffee and there was Chucky bits of milk on top of the ice also Tasted like off milk!!! Hot chocolate was basically empty and my cappuccino taste like straight coffee beans I called multiple times and no answer im very disappointed
As always - the person taking the order has never heard English spoken in real life- orders are always wrong. Something missing or the wrong size or just random mistakes.nFood is good once you get it!
Normally I wouldn’t ever complain but I figured someone will get a laugh out of this.. this is a picture of my beef enchilada that I got tonight! No guac no sour cream no wrap I’ve never been so confused in my life
