Feedback about a recent experience at your drive-thru, as I believe it’s important for improving customer service.nnAfter placing my order, I pulled up to the first window to pay, but no one was there. I proceeded to the second window, where an employee named Teresa handed me part of an order. A moment later, she told me it was actually someone else’s order and asked for it back quite abruptly, which was surprisingly rude - for no reason.nnWhen I tried to pay with a $100 bill, she informed me that she couldn’t accept it due to COVID-related policies and asked me to drive back through the line. Instead, I chose to come inside to complete the transaction. However, when I entered, Teresa again spoke to me in a very stern and unwelcoming manner, insisting I return to the drive-thru and refusing to help further. Another staff member came to help - not hard!nnI completely understand that policies need to be followed and that mistakes can happen, but the way this situation was handled felt unnecessarily harsh and discourteous. I believe a more respectful approach would have made a big difference to all involved.nnI hope this feedback is taken constructively. I would recommend that Teresa receive additional training in customer service and communication, as her current approach is not well-suited for a customer-facing role. That's not how you treat people.nnThank you for taking the time to listen.
Love this McDonald's. Friendly staff today . So clean and cool inside . Recommendedif your passing thru to stop in for a quick coffee and snack .
Aside from the fact everything is computerised and almost no service feedback to give, food quality is good although the place every time is a mess and disgusting. Toilets stink and never look or smell like they've been washed in weeks. Tables, chairs, bins and floors are never kept up on and the last time I went was atrocious, I arrived just after 1 and every table had not been cleaned, bins had rubbish stacked on top as they were that full to the point of not closing. I had to clean my own table and move the rubbish, I was their almost 2hrs and not 1 person came out to clean a thing and when their address they just say oh yeah I'll get someone onto it which never happens
Today I Ordered a medium meal and got half of the chips in the packet, didn’t realise until I was in the car to eat my food. so I drove around through the drive through to ask if she, the manager I assume, could fill up my chips as I’ve paid for it. She takes my chips and maybe puts 5 chips in there and gives it back. I should have check but now I’ve driven off to realise what she’s given. The volume of chips given is the same as a small.
Difficult to move around inside due to order screens. Couldn't get screen to work. Staff with no time to provide personal service. Place dirty.nDecided to use drive through as quicker option.nMaccas has gone backwards big time in service and cleanliness.
