The food was as cold as the junior female front of house manager, rude and definitely not enjoying her customer relations role, and the store was NOT busy. No one was dining in, and only two customers ordering takeaway so no excuse for the state of this store.nnMore evident in the pathetic unclean store with rubbish clearly left by the accompanying food receipts for five plus hours. Bins overflowing and the dust and grime in the food preparation areas reportable health infringements.nnPoorer is that after five days advising McDonalds HQ, I returned and walked straight out as the store was worse and clearly no different. Wake up Ararat, you deserve better and so does the public.
Great stop every time I’m passing through Ararat. The place is always clean, food is fresh and hot, and the staff are friendly and quick, even during busy hours. Plenty of parking and easy access from the main road. Perfect for a quick bite or coffee break on a long drive. Always a reliable experience.
Whoever made my Mocha from here; thank you, that was legendary! nnYou made it perfectly! nnI will be back to get another Mocha next time I am in the area! nnIf you want a Mocha and don’t want to get out of your car; this is your place!
Great food, crispy fries, and a smooth long black. I don’t mind waiting as long as I get hot, crispy fries — love how they maintain their food quality.
The set out of this place is not customer friendly at all. Just two steps inside the door are half a dozen order sceens scattered awkwardly so when they're in use, you're standing shoulder to shoulder with a dtranger because it's so overcrowded.nYou need to push your way through to reach the service counter which on one side, there is one server and the other side is dedicated to uber/door dash pick up.nThe food & wait time was good nThe bathrooms very tiny nNot a place for the claustrophobic.
