Bucket of chicken only 11 pieces and a few chicken strips, chips soggy, chicken overcooked and tiny with almost no meat on some. One piece looked the size of a pigeon wing. Totally disgusted. Won’t be stopping there again‍
Second time this has happened. The giant snack pack is supposed to have 6 nuggets we got 3, last time we only got 2 nuggets. Then the other day we order large finger boxes but each only got a portion of chips. We had hot and crispy that was raw and gave us all food poisoning. Very disappointing won't be buying from here again as we weren't offered for them to fix it or even a refund.
Always busy with a long wait or they have sold out of chicken, today was a 20min wait, maybe I should go through the drive through, priority might make that more efficient :/nCalled out my order number but had forgotten some of my order and I would have left without it if I did not check my order myself...n2x '3 piece feed' only had chicken legs like they had run out of everything else
Worst KFC I’ve ever been to. More than half an hour to get our food which staff needed multiple attempts to get the order correct. Don’t stop here on road trips.
Lunch last week and once again tried something faster than sitting down to eat. Had a wrap and some fries. Always liked their 'chips' because they taste fresh and not too much salt. Passed on a drink because I had my own water bottle. Meal was pretty good and despite being a little greasy, it was okay. Was surprised that the place wasy busy. I used the drive through. Didn't see many people inside. Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Good parking.
