I and my friends celebrated a farewell party so we decided to have fried chicken from KFC. We ordered 1 bucket of fried chicken and 2 large pepsi bottle. It was really nice and delicious as always.nA bucket is very big but only 40aud. Highly recommend
Quick service through self checkout and when called for our order greeted with a smile. Food was yummy kids enjoyed it, and restaurant was clean and tidy.
Took 13 mins to buy a dipping sauce.nGirl changing the bin took a bag rubbish through the counter with it over her shoulder with the bag knocking some chips over. The girl tossed the bag out the back and started handling food.nI assumed it was the manager then yelled to the two girls to take more orders despite 5 ppl waiting for their orders.nI don't normal leave Google reviews on places like KFC because you always know you're getting the worst of the worst, but today was a pretty disappointing experience.nnIf you're passing through Ararat and have to choose this KFC and starving, choose starving
Absolutely appalling, my husband and I waited 1 hour after asking for fresh food .. coming from Adelaide through to Melbourne we were exhausted. I complained about the wait time to the young girl telling me she wouldn't give me her managers name!!! So so rude they all congregated together laughing. Once I walked off and drove a while I called to find out the managers name was shelby. Kfc ararat you should be disgusted with your staff and the way they treat your customers. A playground that clearly doesn't care! Once we got our food it was not fresh at all and we gave the chips to the birds and will give the chicken to some animals that are hungry. We have children and hand on heart if they acted the way these young kids did I would be gutted and disappointed. This happened between 7:30 and 8:30... I will never stop at kfc ever again!!!
If you're passing through Ararat and want to get back on the road quickly, DO NOT stop here. Took 30 mins to get an order. I wish I had of continued through to Ballarat for my 1st pit stop home.
