Not happy as missing item in drive through order. Felt that I was in the wrong when I asked for compensation for staff no filling my order correctly. I had a bad attitude so I did not deserve any apology.
Couldn't believe how slow they were and they weren't even busy and it wasn't peak time either, hate to think it would be like in busy periods. Not just me but everyone just before and after me were left waiting for long periods.nnLost count how long it took to get a basic ultimate meal in large. Then when I did get it I got the Zinger burger instead of the original recipe that I actually ordered. But no way in hell was I waiting again. Food was okay when it did come but don't visit if you don't have much time, I thought it was called fast food for a reasonnnStaff didn't seem overlay thrilled either or happy
Slowest KFC in Australia! Nearly every time we come here there is a wait for our food, today we decided we would come and get their special for Christmas in July, some wicked wings. Now any normal person would think, there is a special on wicked wings, so we should ensure they are ready at all times. Instead we drove into an empty drive through, to be told there is a minimum 15minute wait on Wicked Wings. We had placed our order online so it had already been paid for, and they wouldn't give us a different piece of chicken due to the wait. Absolutely appalling that there was no management explaining that maybe if something is on special you should ensure sufficient availability ALL DAY.
Lunch last week and once again tried something faster than sitting down to eat. Had a wrap and some fries. Always liked their 'chips' because they taste fresh and not too much salt. Passed on a drink because I had my own water bottle. Meal was pretty good and despite being a little greasy, it was okay. Was surprised that the place wasy busy. I used the drive through. Didn't see many people inside. Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Good parking.
Waited 15 minutes for x2 6 cookie dough balls just for them to say they only had 2 and would I want a go bucket with it. Now thinking about it should have just got refunded but was just stupid why have an item on your menu if you don’t have it.
