I and my friends celebrated a farewell party so we decided to have fried chicken from KFC. We ordered 1 bucket of fried chicken and 2 large pepsi bottle. It was really nice and delicious as always.nA bucket is very big but only 40aud. Highly recommend
Racist staff.nVisited on the 14th of September at around 1535 hours.nAt the counter there was a female staff member, called out 3 times requesting that I wanted to place an order. She was completely and continuously ignoring me.nEnded up placing an order using the KFC app. Order number was 1708.nI felt that the behaviour faced was due to my skin colour.nThese type of people shouldn't be employed by KFC or anyone else.
They were very polite when ordering and their services did not take long at all, the workers were nice and friendly that lightened up my day amazing place hope to see you guys again some time.
I’m local and come to this kfc on occasion, the day staff are always lovely and attentive but this one male staff member whom I only really see working at night, is always rude, blunt and unfriendly in every way, as someone who works in customer service I understand first hand that this behaviour is inexcusable and unacceptable. I shouldn’t feel as though I’m burdening him by simply placing an order. Honestly very appalling behaviour.
Absolutely shocking service from KFC Ararat. I waited 2 and a half hours for my delivery, and when it finally turned up the chicken and chips were stone cold, soggy and disgusting. This is supposed to be “fast food” but it was anything but. No apology, no explanation, just a pathetic excuse for a meal that should have been binned. Totally unacceptable — won’t be ordering from here ever again.
