Excellent place to eat. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Food was delicious.
Please don’t waste your time and money. I waited an hour for a bbq skewer with veggies and garlic bread for $40 ended up saying I wanted takeaway and I got 1 sausage 2 tiny bits of corn a tiny bit of chicken and no sauce was disgusting and disgraceful and made me sick, better off going to KFC across the road. Putrid

I went to the Ararat RSL a few times on my visit to Ararat and I had a good experience each time.nnThey made a mistake once in relation to getting my meal out on time and they were very apologetic and they looked to make things right. That is a sign of good customer service - if you do make a mistake you own it and look to make it right!nnGood work Ararat RSL.
The staff and atmosphere were absolutely fantastic!! Matthew was incredible, Liam and Will very friendly and gave excellent service and drinks!!nnThe only downside was the lady at the register…Nicole. We were unfortunately greeted with an unhelpful lady who had given our prebooked table away and wasn’t even apologetic. And then wouldn’t give us any other option but one table. I was very disappointed and uncomfortable.
