Really disappointed. Food was good, but counter staff were surly. They said all the right things, but clearly going through the motions. I was there with my grandchildren for breakfast before taking them to school. At first I thought how nice it was to hear the staff happy and joking together. Until I noticed that the McCafé girl was dropping the f-bomb loud enough for the kids to hear. I know it’s not a fancy restaurant. But all the more reason for them to be respectful of their surroundings and the children within earshot.

Easy to access, depending on the time of the day you'll find your in a line of cars in the drive through or inside. I find the self service/table service option is handy when dining in when it's busy as you can quickly and easily customise your order abs have it brought to your table without much fuss. Much like most other McDonald's in that you're going to sometimes have issues but for the most part you're in and out again without much fuss.

Not a good visit cashier didnt listen to the order, we wer missing things and some of the burgers were wrong. Lucky we were inside not in drive thru. Not busy so not under the pump either.

Generally this McDonald’s is pretty good I find the customer service good and wait times through drive through aren’t too bad excluding peak times, however, I ordered the family value meal and received fizzy water instead of lemonade not once, twice or even three times but FOUR times from this particular McDonald’s. Personally I don’t actually mind “Soda water” if you wanna call it but my kids and husband do. Could someone PLEASE take the time to check the lemonade in the drink machine you are giving to customers, is in fact lemonade and not soda water, I’m over driving back or calling up to let you guys know, just get it right the first time please. Cheers Ps. My caramel sundaes I ordered today were are little on the stingy side with the topping just an fyi.

It's 5:40 hardly peak time. Had to repeat my order 3 times to a girl, then again to a guy. Pay for it, stupid me should of checked bag, get home no cheeseburger and wrong sauce. Not worth driving back for, but ffs how hard is it!
