Paid for 2 double decadence cheesy based pizzas and received what looks like cardboard for a base.nnSo misleading and false advertising, when the pizza on your website shows a pizza base layered/oozing with cheesy sauce and yet there is none to be seen.nnMy family took 1 bite and refused to eat it. we wont be ordering from this store again.nnDominos start providing the actual quality advertise dand charged me an additional $4 surcharge per pizza for, instead of misleading your customers.
Worst service ever. I ordered a pizza through doordash. I was tracking the status the moment I ordered the pizza. After an hour when the status didn’t change that its coming in 2 minutes i called them and they said it has been delivered 20 minutes ago. They didn’t ring the bell, they didn’t knock the door. There status still showing order is on the way. Pizza is cold and when i open this there was an ant on the pizza now how i m supposed to it it not for the first time this happened last time u guys forgot to cut my pizza now thisnHow i m supposed to eat
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your store recently. I visited your store located in Werribee, Victoria, Australia, on Sunday, August 25, 2024, around 08:32. I had received a special offer via mail, which I presented at the store. However, the staff refused to honor the offer, which was quite disheartening.nnMoreover, I found the behavior of the store manager to be extremely concerning. The manager displayed racist and disrespectful attitudes during my visit, which is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and fairness regardless of any circumstances.nnI hope that this feedback reaches the appropriate management level and that necessary actions are taken to address these issues. I believe that every customer deserves to receive the advertised offers and be treated with dignity and respect. I trust that Domino’s values its customers and will take steps to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future.
First time trying my local Domino's and never again. Paid $30 for 2 large pizzas because of the current deal, but it seems like the size has got smaller. Large not really a large. Then, the pizzas were cold when delivered, despite being around 1km from the store and the final issue was that there were hardly any toppings. So, I felt like my money was spent on dough and a bit of tomato sauce and cheese. Would be even more disappointing if had paid the full price. Do not recommend. Other pizza places in the area are better and give you toppings that you can actually taste.
Paid for extra large pizzas yet fits on a large pizza tray. Pizzas used to barely fit in the fridge and now easily do. When confronting the store, the Indians being completely arrogant. Pizzas fit too easily in a regular oven too. Each pizza has 8 slices
