Such a good service and the food quality was fantastic. First time between Sydney and Melbourne, i found this store very clean ! I Ordered Family bundle today and the Food was the best among any store i have visited ! Very neatly packed! Well done with service so far ! Ordered dine in but got the food packed with no tray which is fine but it was packed very nicely!
Spent $150 on food. All food was dried up and cold. Clearly not fresh. Kids were not able to chew anything. When approached about this issue, we were treated very badly and shouted at in front of other customers. Were telling us to leave without food. The lady did throw our food in bin in front of us and kept laughing on us. No name badges in staff and not talking to us. We have witnesses number there if needed and your own camera recordings of your staff behaviour. The lady kept telling is that this is her private property and telling us to get out. No money return no food replacement. No apologies and instead we were treated disrespectfully.
I ordered a Veggie Meal and they have given me a bloody beef whopper in the drive thru. I checked when I reached home. Order Number 7498, Date: 20 July 2025, 10:09PM.
My wide and I came here for breakfast on the second day of our Melbourne trip after checking out from our accommodation.nnAfter breakfast, we head on the Great Ocean Road.nnLetting my wife have a taste of different products in compared to our own country.nnThe place was spacious for indoor dining, the staff were friendly, the service was prompt, and the food was delicious.
I went through the drive through today to buy my kids dinner around 4pm. The girl at the window was so rude, I paid and she asked me to go and wait at the waiting bay. Other girl came outside to give us the food at the waiting bay. She didn't even want to look at me when I said thank you, she did not respond and walked away. Both the girl at the window and the one that brought out the order were rude. Poor customer service at this particular hungry jacks. They are always rude and don't interact with customers. I am never going there because I wouldn't even trust the food with that attitude. Please train your staff because they luck customer service skills.
