I have just visited and I would give a 5 star for quality, service and presentation BUT it fails in toilet cleanliness. It is not only this store but I find most stores are the same. I feel an adult should be supervising junior staff in How To clean a bathroom. This store had a fly stuck on the wall near the latrine and was basin was filthy, the wall tiles need a good wash. These facilities should be inspected every hour and follow a check list.

This is like the burger king (USA and Canada) of Australia. Some of the items are exactly the same as the American menu. What I do like is they offer a delicious veggie burger. One of the better ones at fast food joints. It's crispy has a great taste and texture. Wish the Canadian ones were as good. This is usually one of my first stops when in Australia. But remember this is your typical day food place. Don't keep your hopes up of trying to find some extremely healthy food here.

Went through drive through. Took 20 minutes. Girl got order wrong. I spoke to her she just stared at me. Got home order still wrong. Took order back. Order replaced but got home & order still wrong. Totally bad experience. Not happy 😣

It takes 15 minutes to get a $18 order ready in a fast food restaurant, not only does it come out cold I have to wait extra for the missing stuff you didn't get the first time. Useless and hopeless, no customer service and food horrible and gross lile it had been out all day long
