My wide and I came here for breakfast on the second day of our Melbourne trip after checking out from our accommodation.nnAfter breakfast, we head on the Great Ocean Road.nnLetting my wife have a taste of different products in compared to our own country.nnThe place was spacious for indoor dining, the staff were friendly, the service was prompt, and the food was delicious.
Spent $150 on food. All food was dried up and cold. Clearly not fresh. Kids were not able to chew anything. When approached about this issue, we were treated very badly and shouted at in front of other customers. Were telling us to leave without food. The lady did throw our food in bin in front of us and kept laughing on us. No name badges in staff and not talking to us. We have witnesses number there if needed and your own camera recordings of your staff behaviour. The lady kept telling is that this is her private property and telling us to get out. No money return no food replacement. No apologies and instead we were treated disrespectfully.
The bathroom here is really filthy. Not sure when it was last cleaned or who cleaned it if you could call it cleaning. If that is the toilet, then you have to ask, what about the kitchen? I wouldn't want to eat here after seeing what I saw. Recommend that management get it deep cleaned and it's maintained.
Always painfully slow here. Even worse today. Arrived aprox 9am Sunday, nearly five mins after online order. Empty venue. Girl at counter scrolling her phone. Nobody making food. A guy finally arrives to make two breakfast wraps. Stops mid way to look at the msgs on the girl's phone she is showing him. Then they call the friend she's texting and chat to her on the phone for a minute before finally completing order. Nearly 15mins in an empty restaurant for something that takes 2mins to make.
Such a good service and the food quality was fantastic. First time between Sydney and Melbourne, i found this store very clean ! I Ordered Family bundle today and the Food was the best among any store i have visited ! Very neatly packed! Well done with service so far ! Ordered dine in but got the food packed with no tray which is fine but it was packed very nicely!
