I've never liked eating at fastfood especially McDonald's due to the food have changed over the years.nSo my wife and son decided to drop in and order at the drive through early morning on the way home, and this is why I hated fast food from McDonald's.nThe fries were cold and looked a day old and felt like cardboard. My breakfast muffins was cold and dry and hashbrowns were also cold and hard. The only thing that tasted right was our hot chocolate.
Cheeseburger was smushed and had one pickle.. but my chicken McMuffin, was dry, chewy, crumby and cold. Halfway through eating, i then find two unrecognisable chunks of black melted into my cheese? Not to mention my coke tasted like watered down syrup and was lukewarm! I ordered ice… just ridiculous!! Only good thing from my order was the hashbrown. Crunchy, golden and tasty as usual- bit too oily but at least contrasts the rest of the order..
Last night I went to 4 different MCD this was the last hope to get some ice cream though our hard luck. Later on we continued to order the toffee nut ice latte something. I ordered 1 medium and a large cup. Firstly, it tasted worse so far wherever we have tried it. Secondly, both of them were different in terms of ice and all other ingredients. The guy who served us had a small ear jewellery on his right ear, who also used to work at Hogans corner. Also, there was missing politeness and general gratitude which is essential in hospitality.
I am really sick of having to call to complain or send my food back multiple times.nIn the last 30 mins I had order RK34. Custom burger order. I’ve paid extra for extra sauce and lettuce. When I received my order the burger was missing half the ingredients of a regular burger and some! Drink was soda water sent that back too only to be given the same food back with a slice of cheese slapped on top.nThe lady at the window was very helpful and apologetic, so Thankyou to her. To to the person making burgers, have some pride in your job, following a single procedure written in front of you to make a burger is not hard. Be grateful you have an easy job with decent pay.nAnd when someone complains about a drink, get it from another machine and change the syrup bag.
The young gentleman at the front tonight who seemed to be managing 20/12/24 did a beautiful job making my Latte. It was prepared swiftly and gracefully. That man needs a raise now! He delivered the best customer service whiling delivering a charismatic appeal to his nature of operations. Best customer service I’ve ever received in my life. This excellent man gracefully and peacefully handled a complex order while catering towards a bombardment of UberEats drivers. Thank you sir you saved me and thank you McDonald’s Werribee for training such a delightful young man.
