They advertise 24/7. I got a taxi there and they turned off the grill to clean it. Apparently it's a new monthly thing. Staff didn't care when I called to complain. Save yourself the drama and go to Hogans Cnr for better service

Below average food service. Seems as though it's more about the quantity of sales than actual quality of food and drink delivery. Disappointment every visit. Ordered two hotcakes meals with OJ, Chai latte and a vanilla milkshake. Chai latte tasted flavorless, a glorified cup of warm milk. The milkshake tasted like a dog's breakfast with a soft serve after taste. My OJ was bitter and not chilled whatsoever, only decent thing was the hotcakes. Not exactly the surprise bring home breakfast you thought would be nice for your wife as she wakes. Would avoid unless your blind drunk or just absolutely dying for food.

While not the worst McDonald's in the universe, this is not exactly a stellar example of the franchise. I've been a few times now and every time they've managed to get something wrong in the order. Mostly minor things like not enough syrup in their postfix (I don't like straight soda water) and last time they didn't include the fries with my Big Mac meal. What they do serve is perfectly adequate by McDonald's standards, however their attention to detail is sorely lacking. If you do go here, make sure you check everything before you leave.

Not happy today. My last sip of coffee contained a beetle that went straight into my mouth. I'm giving one star for friendly service but the bug oversight is not good at all

So what can i say.. its Maccas, the food is average, staff standards have sliped since i was a kid, and this werribee location is extreamly good example of that, Staff a slopy, and looking like they would rather be smoking weed at the beach then earning there living. The only thing that saves this store from a 1 star rating is a young bloke that was cleaning like a champ, you can tell his mum raised him right, the place was spotless, and for a werribee fast food oulet this is quite the feat. Has playgroung, self serve, drive through, Mc Cafe and is open 24/7.
