So whats with how you guys serve customers, i wait longer at any KFC then i do for any other fast food outlet.. 1 staff member can take and fill more then one order at a time, Well i hope they can.. come on Mega corp, spend some $$ on training. So i use to visit this store regularly, but the staff standards have slipped, and the place is looking dirty, i personally now go to a diffrent outlet..

Dry chicken, soggy chips, short changed me and left stuff out of the order and dirty place. Whole place needs a big clean up.

they made 2 mistakes in one month. Staff was extremely rude said everyone make mistakes, they refused to replace the meal as i ate a few chips.
