This is a McDonald’s so I’m sure you likely know what to expect. Given this McDonald’s location the staff here tend to be high school age. As a result, they tend to follow protocol to a T. My only time at this location I ordered an Iced Coke from one of the ordering screen and didn’t a receipt. I didn’t see the need for a receipt for a $1 purchase. When the employee who served my coke turned to the counter to serve it to me she wouldn’t give it to me without the receipt. As a reminder, I was the only customer in the entire store. Another employee handed me the beverage and we all laughed.

Very slow service, took over 20minutes for our food and were one of 3 customers. Restaurant was a complete mess, there were at least 5 tables with rubbish left on them and no customers in the store. There was signs on the floor add someone's old thongs left in the middle of the store that sat there the whole time. Then our order came out wrong, cold fries and flat drinks. Shame on you McDonald's.

Asked for shaker fires and didn't get them even after waiting 15 minutes for my order. Frozen Fanta was melted. Didn't get all my nuggets. Two of the staff were standing at the counter doing absolutely nothing. Horrible service. Would not recommend.

Great for a quick feed. Make sure you check your docket and bag to make sure you received what you ordered.
