A Latte has 5 -10mm of foam on top.. not 50% foam and 50% liquid...nI ordered a latter and got what was more like a babycino!! Paying premium prices for coffee these days deserves to be done properly. Retrain your Baristas to make coffee properly and don't take short cuts !!
Let me tell you a story of the best maccas drive through experience. My guy DREW, gave me the best energy you can get at a maccas, mind you at 11:25pm. This maccas is known for poor service but my guy drew has changed my mind. Well done. And thank you my guy.
The chips were somehow crispy, old and soggy. I asked for extra pickles and got 2. I also asked for table service and they left it on the counter for 5 minutes before I realised. The place is always filthy.
This McDonalds met my expectations in food quality and service.nnI want to give credit to this franchise and its staff who provided excellent service and maintained the McD standard despite a cyclone.nnThis franchise was one of the last restaurants in Cairns to close before the cyclone and one of the first restaurants to reopen after the cyclone mostly passed. Even though it was still raining hard outside workers performed their duties without pause.
