I have found of late that KFC has been lacking somewhat in the famous herbs and spices that made it so favourable by millions of people. I don't believe it is a lone store problem but across the board. The service at this store was fine and the staff were friendly and hospitable.

Chips were soft soggy and undercooked. Stuffed up order, gives half a box of chips when its a large only half full. Popcorn chicken only half full.

Worst KFC in the country without doubt. You could die waiting to be served at the counter and they still probably wouldn't notice. Ironically staff can bee seen fluffing about, laughing, joking and enjoying conversation whilst you grow old waiting at the counter. As I contemplated walking out and going across the road to another fast food outlet I genuinely struggled to understand what was the issue as there was only two cars in the drive-thru. Clearly customer service is not a high priority as for the food after all that wait, I finally placed my order only to be supplied with a dry chicken burger garnished with what looked and tasted like 3 day old bacon and undercooked chips. Do yourself a favour and don't go there as there are lots more options that provide better food and know the meaning of customer service. Absolutely horrible experience on every level
