I ordered a vegan spicy veg pizza which I couldn't order online so I had to go to the store to order it. It took 10 minutes longer than my friends pizzas that were ordered at the same time and when it came it was a deep pan pizza which was completely raw inside instead of a classic crust pizza. First time I was disappointed by dominos because I usually like it for the cheap price and consistently good quality. I did get a free garlic bread for the longer wait though, so at least they seem to care about their customers.
Ordered a pizza and garlic bread for delivery when on holiday in Cairns recently but upon learning we would have to wait for an hour for it to be delivered I cancelled the order but by then they had my payment. I expected the charge would be reversed as I didn't proceed with the order and waited a few weeks but alas - no refund in my account. I thought - 'Oh well it might take a while' but after 5 weeks thought this is ridiculous so I called up. The staff member said they couldn't help but would leave message for the owners to call me. Still waiting ... 3 weeks later. It might only be $31.20 but it is my $31.20 and I want it back thanks Dominos Pizza Cairns City. This is really poor customer service - Contact me and I can provide all the necessary details to get this sorted.
Service with a smile? More like service that takes a while… what’s the point of the screen saying orders are ready if legit nothing is actually ready. Ordered 3 pizzas and one was a veggie pizza with vegan mince only to wait over an hour and when I checked the veggie one it had pepperoni on it… when customers ahead of me asked if their order was ready because it said it was staff either ignored or responded rudely.
Don't Order Here!!!!! I ordered 2 pizza's and 2 sides delivered... They didn't bring the exact products I had ordered as apparently they ran out that morning and yet I placed my order by phone after 3pm and was never told this. After 45mins,. My order came, it was cold, incorrect sides and instead of me tapping my card to pay, the driver asked for all my card details... Which seemed extremely weird to me. So what?? They wanna store our card details now... Suss to me. I called the female manager who seem very uninterested in my complaints, just said she'll "talk" to the driver... Honestly, I'm not satisfied and I don't believe that lady is qualified to be a manager, especially when I'm a regular, I help pay your wage. Smh
Ordered 6 pizzas 4 being $5 value pizzas 2 were $12 pizzas received 4 x $5 pizzas and 1x $12 pizza- delivered and charged $153.00. Called and put on hold for 10 minutes until a manager advised overcharged by $78. According to web it should have been for the 5 pizzas $32. Domino’s could not confirm delivery was $46, kept saying they charge $4 delivery fee, only 5 minutes drive away from Dominos shop,but they charge more for the same pizzas when delivered ???? So paid $75 in the end for 4 x $5 pizzas and 1x 12 pizza. As with ALL Dominos pizza, very little topping which is fine for $5 pizzas but not so fine when they charged $15 per pizza… NEVER again- these guys are rogues.. last word, they said we should get a refund within 3-5 days hopefully!!! Good feed and staff were very nice. Place was clean and well presented considering the area. Went here a few times and would definitely go again. Vegetarian options: Had a good vegetarian option which was found to be very tasty.
This is spice paneer pizza. I called them about this and they want me to come down there and exchange. Hi Manager, we are not calling to get refund, just informing for your improvement. Anyway, keep it up
We ordered double prawns on our pizza and some slices were still missing prawns or just had one. We ordered double to avoid this. Just charge more and actually put prawns on peeps! So not happy.
Went basic with a large Hawaiian pizza, only $8.95. Ready in 10mins. Tasted great. Served by Nathan who was really friendly and a delivery guy held the door. Great work team
Very rude workers and especially manager. Ask for my Pizza which I ordered 20 min ago and said will be ready in 2 min waited more than 2 min and later they found out it was in the hot box. The pizza was hard and I asked to do a remakes but the workers refuse to Make me a remake or give me a refund. Would not recommend
