My partner and I ate spicy chicken nuggets and ice-cream here, which tasted great! We also did some work here while waiting for our car servicing to be done. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed, helping us to be productive. They have a few powerpoints on their walls, which was really useful for us as we needed to charge our work laptops. Overall, we had a wonderful experience here! :-
I come here time to time. Normally go Heatherton tho. Made mistake coming to this one today the staff rostered today were the worst 2 at the front. The girl had mccafe apron on was the delusional. Acting like a toddler. Leave if she doesn't want to work there. Give other people who want to work an opportunity really. Manager was there to. So unaware of the situation so i get why workers are like that. Anywau, this one is always the worst one for me. Go to Heatherton. They are not excellent but better than this one unpess you are real pickles lover nAnd the McChicken looked bit sad too.
Disappointing Maccas experience to say the least! Waited 20 minutes for a simple Big Mac meal. To make it worse nothing was even fresh the burger was made poorly barely any lettuce, chips were cold and not salted. Staff were just standing around with the manager I presume doing nothing while our food sat cold
Very slow service, waiting for 10 mins, chip box half filled.
I went through the drive through and orded a double big mack meal and another burger for my partner. I asked them to add ketchup to the bigmac and if i could have the burgers and chips hot. As i dont like the food luke warm. The results the food was warm and no ketchup in my burger. This was the Dingley Maccas. Most of the time they listen. But its a hit and miss of what you get. Its tiresome to have to go around again and complain.nThe Cheltenham branch is fantastic, what you ask for you get. They haven't let me down yet.
