Person I spoke to on the phone was nice even though they couldn’t really help me.nThere’s literally plastic in the burger and i don’t even know what that all is on top it looks like I’ve received a full onion on a burger that I requested no pickles or onions.nI also didn’t receive the chicken burger I ordered and the medium fry’s were missing

This is how the food arrived. All just dumped on the burger. No sauce just some mustard. Very poor to say the least. And food was ice cold.

Pretty dirty place, lack of service at the counter only to have staff laugh at you when you call for service! Bunch of children working at the place so it’s to be expected . Really happy I did not eat here as I would have probably got ill.

Quite horrible service. Very slow and Burgers are made ao badly. Caramel sandy has almost no caramel. I got ripped off. The girl are swearing in the kitchen laughing. It's not nice. Kids eat here too. I'll go different MacDonald now and I tell my friend so too. It's horrible. Where is the manager?? Train your kids.

They are very slow in service .one order takes around 30 minutes on the other side drive thru served in just seconds means they don’t value the customers at all even after that food was not properly prepared . Don’t know how the staff is getting stars with this service.
