Poor management , staff needs to check if correct items to be handover to customers!!! we ordered via drive thru and waiting at waiting bag but still 3 items are missing, had to go back and waited at least 20 minutes and all burgers and fries went cold. Some people behind also had their orders messed up .
We came for a Share bundle of 4 burgers, 2 large, 2 small. The large ones were beef but they instead gave us chicken. When we figured out, we came back asking for a refund or retiring of the burgers. They informed us to show them proof of such an accusation, implying that we were lying. So we went home, got the burgers and showed them it. Not even a half-hearted sorry was given, let alone a care. Will not be coming back
Person I spoke to on the phone was nice even though they couldn’t really help me.nThere’s literally plastic in the burger and i don’t even know what that all is on top it looks like I’ve received a full onion on a burger that I requested no pickles or onions.nI also didn’t receive the chicken burger I ordered and the medium fry’s were missing
I asked my friend to go pick up my order for which I payed on McDonalds app using points and Apple Pay, he went in to get the order, when he got there the worker Cassandra, declined the pick up even though he had all the right information. She then demanded that he repay for the order even though it used points
Quite horrible service. Very slow and Burgers are made ao badly. Caramel sandy has almost no caramel. I got ripped off. The girl are swearing in the kitchen laughing. It's not nice. Kids eat here too. I'll go different MacDonald now and I tell my friend so too. It's horrible. Where is the manager?? Train your kids.
