Digital order display announced ‘Takeaway only’nNo problem.nReceipt not dispensed with order and number.nNo problem.nPlace wasn’t busy with customers. A few people at tables. Vacant tables were covered in rubbish and table tops were filthy.nNo problem. We’re not staying.nMcDonald team members screaming across the store about issues in drive through.nGlad we didn’t take that route.nShouting continues.nMore people turn up and wait at the Pick Up point for their orders.nTime drags on. My husband appears because it has taken so long thus far.nHe suggests we sit in and we try to find a clean table. None. He asks the barista for a damp cloth to clean one. She shouts across the store for a member to clean up.nHe appeared and sprayed one table, gave it a cursory wipe. He then asked ‘anything else?’n‘Yes that table there.’n‘Anything else?’n‘Why not clean all the tables so customers can sit down and eat?’nNovel concept it seems!nMeanwhile no food!nOrder numbers higher are now being served. I ask the girls at Pick Up if they have my order. A Quick Look and the answer is no. I’m told to wait.nOne girl reappear and continues to bag items and screams for a hash brown, again.nI ask about the order again. I’m asked again what I ordered. Disappearing act again. I can see on the screen the order isn’t there.nReappearing act.nRepeat per above.nDisappear.nReappear with a bag and the order.nnChaosnMayhemnLack of interestnLack of customer servicenMediocre food and coffee and a last resort as the local cafes were closed or closing and we were dreadfully hungry.nnNever again
Don't come here unless you want cold burgers, cold soggy chips, cold chicken mcnuggets. The place is a joke. The cappuccino's were hot but no froth. The manager and staff need a good shake up ~ Better still they all need to go through a new training course. KFC & Hungry Jacks might be a better option for a meal!
Obviously the management here is not training there employees properly. Lack of experience on front desk left alone with no management to help, these kids need leaders and role models not someone that leaves them to fend for themselves.
Food was fine, restaurant was nearly empty, but every table was dirty. I had to ask a staff member to clean a table and wipe food off the chairs so the family could sit and eat. Pretty disappointing for a quiet day!
Boy oh boy, where do I begin? McDonalds, the restaurant chain which took the world by storm and single-handedly changed the course of food history for generations to come. The chips, amazing, subtle and crispy. Not too big, not too small, not too thick, not too thin. The crispiness paired with the immense flavour of the perfectly salted crispy goodness. Mm-mm-mmmm. It's making me hungry just thinking about those golden little devils. Sadly, I will be rating this a 2 star for the sole fact that they got rid of the iconic Ronald McDonald and his wonderful band of pals such as the Hamburglar, Captain Crook and the G.O.A.T. himself, Grimace.nn- Your very own, Sub-Zero
