If I could do zero stars I would. I did the maccas app and used the code and asked to go in the waiting bay which I was told it would be around a 5minute wait for some fries.nnWell as I’m still sitting here waiting 19 minutes later AND STILL COUNTING and I was forgotten. Now it seems they are finally going to do my order.nnThis is ridiculous it’s meant to be a drive through for a reason and yet i have no order and was forgotten.nnI do not recommend this place at all I have never had so many crap experiences before anywhere else. Given this is so close to where I work it is the most convenient but this was the final straw. I will not be coming back.nnI would love to put a formal complaint in if the owner can get into contact with me. This is absolutely ridiculous
I wish I could say I can’t believe this experience, unfortunately I can. This evening I went to this mcdonald’s for a late afternoon quick and easy meal. Apparently the words quick or easy aren’t in this McDonald’s vocabulary. I have an app. That I made an order through hoping it would save some time with the whole ordering process I was wrong. I tell them my order number and I get told to pull up to the next window. First of all they had my order completely wrong. This young girl hadn’t added my discounted meal from the app properly. Expecting me to pay $10 extra which I did not agree for. This young lady was so concerned on what sauce I wanted for my nuggets than the actual meal it self. Once this whole debacle was sorted after getting a manager to the window I was finally able to go collect my food at the next window. They handed me one bag. ONE BAG. I looked inside and lo and behold it was only one of the meals i was after, PLUS no drink! This new young lady hands me the bag and goes have a nice day bye! I then began to say I had order two meals with drinks. She then rudely asks yeah what. This young girl acted as if she had a gun to my head forcing me to tell her my whole life story with her cold blank stare. After finalising all of this I go to park and eat my food before I return home to my sick hubby on chemo treatment. Cold. Unfresh. Disgusting. Honestly the list goes on. I will never be returning to this mcdonald’s again after this extremely disappointing experience. Would not recommend.
I have visited this McDonald’s on multiple occasions to order a frappe, and each time I am informed that the machine is not working. This has occurred more than 20 times, which is quite disappointing and inconvenient. Consistent equipment issues significantly impact customer experience, and I hope this can be addressed.
The staff were amazing tonight, especially the guy in drive thru he was awesome. They were super fast and everyone was happy. Food was perfect they followed the grill sip and chips were hot. A perfect end to the week.
If I could give zero stars I would. The manager ignored us twice, handed us a half filled McFlurry and we noticed that the other drinks on the counter for other customers were not filled all the way either and the drink we did get was completely watered down, not because of the ice melting while we were waiting but because the drinks machine clearly hadn’t been changed out.nnBy the time we got our last item which was the McFlurry after us asking, not them actually doing it all the food was cold. We were waiting for around 20 minutes after we ordered and got ignored.nnWe understand that it can get super busy but that doesn’t excuse really poor customer service.
