As a regular customer of this restaurant and always happy with the pizza. We recently ordered 2 large pizzas on a Saturday night and was told the wait would be 50 minutes. That was no problem for us as we are happy to wait for a quality pizza & understand it’s always busy on a Saturday night. When my wife arrived home with the pizzas I looked at them & asked her where did you buy these from? She was surprised why I asked this so I proceeded to tell her they look nothing like there pizzas. Well we took one bite and not only were they cold they tasted terrible and were nothing like their usual pizza. What they did taste like was a dominos pizza or something equivalent. I would hate to think that because they were so busy they were ordering pizza from a nearby restaurant like dominos to keep up with their demand. We were very unsatisfied and not happy we were sold an inferior product at a premium price. Not to mention it was cold & tasted terrible having to wait 50 minutes. We will never be returning to this restaurant.

Recently went to the restaurant, one of the worst customer experiences I have had. The staff are rude and over charged me for my meal and when I questioned the bill they argued to say it was me who made the mistake, despite the menu stating the price. The staff are rude and the manager even ruder. How they have been around for this long on this service is beyond me.

Best italian food in the area, wonderful service, these guys have been operating for over 30 years at the same shopping centre .

The service is decent and friendly with generous portions. The pizzas were reasonably good but the risotto and pastas were very bland with quite a bit of salt as the flavour source. Nothing terrible just lacking in character.

Our favourite restaurant for takeaway. Love the pizza and spaghetti. Even the kids eat everything! The owner Liz is like family.
