Food is always greatnThe cleanliness is a bit of a concern though!nWanted to sit outside and enjoy the weather! Had to ask someone to clean the tables. Mind you had to ask if the cloth was wet as she wasn’t doing much….”the tables are always dirty due to the weather” was her excuse!! I’m sure! Considering what the floor looks like too!!
I stopped by around midday and was actually really impressed. The chicken was fresh, hot, and had that classic crispy coating that’s hard to beat. I ordered the 3-piece combo, and everything—from the seasoning to the portion size—felt just right. The fries were also surprisingly good; they came out fresh and crispy and not soggy ..nnThe staff was friendly and got my order out pretty quickly even though it was busy. The dining area was was clean and well-kept, which I appreciate. Overall, it was a solid experience and definitely one of the better visits I’ve had to a fast-food place recently as its mostly my last option . I’d go back for sure
For a fast food chain, it’s been good so far. I’ve grown up in this area, this one’s usually my go-to.nnHad a late night run last night, got a popcorn chicken go bucket. Pretty standard, they unfortunately didn’t salt the chips though. I know having orders before closing is annoying, but please don’t skip half the flavor on my item guys.
Ordered a box with 1xoriginal burger - lettuce was NOT fresh. 1x drumstick that I requested. It was so small I thought they had given me a chicken strip. Looked like it was from a 3 week old chicken. Chips were cold. Potato & gravy half full. What happened to this store? I work down the road from this store and I won't be going back anytime soon. If only Oporto had a drive-thru....
I often visit the Dural KFC with my child, and Annie always greets us with a warm smile. Her kindness and great service make our visits so enjoyable. This store always brightens our afternoons!And the chicken is always crispy and delicious my son absolutely loves it!
