Really disappointed Maccas used to be 50/50 (which is bad to begin with)with their food you would atleast usually get good fries to go. Now any time you order it’s nearly always wrong and if you want anything fresh you have to request so or else it’s going to be stale. For a company that prides themselves on having “quick quality food” the quality is very lacking if their at all. Will definitely be changing to a different fast food chain if I need to pick up a quick guilty snack.

We went for a coffee and a play. The new fit outs and playground are great. But the service is not great. Tables needed to be cleared and wiped as it was full of flies. We ended up leaving quickly.

Top marks to Sara for dealing with the very difficult customer in front of me today Said customer held up the line for at least 20 minutes meaning no-one else could be served. Sara kept her cool, kept it professional ans got her manager.

Friendly service but I ordered a caramel tart and when it came out they put it on the corner of the food tray with no plate or anyone under it. Just plonked on next to my drink. Just thought a plate or serviette would have been nice.

Really disappointed in the quality of internet connectivity services, McDonald’s has a policy in which free wifi is providided Australia wide and Mooroolbark McDonald’s has not had a service up for roughly 6 months now, this demonstrates to me their 0 care factor for the customers experience, and their soul focus on profit income! Pick up your game McDonald’s and get this fixed!
