Really disappointed with my order today. I found a hair inside my burger, which completely put me off eating it. To make things worse, the chips were cold and tasted stale, like they’d been sitting around for a long time. This isn’t the standard I’d expect, especially for the price. Definitely not a good experience, and I’ll be thinking twice before coming back.
I’m extremely frustrated with the service at McDonald’s Mooroolbark and McDonald’s Chirnside Park. Uber drivers are constantly ignored and left waiting for long periods while staff show no urgency. Even after waiting more than 5–10 minutes, no one communicates or acknowledges us. Staff often just stand around without assisting drivers, which feels very disrespectful.nnOn one occasion, I waited more than 25 minutes and the food was still not ready. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for drivers’ time and work. This level of service is unprofessional and very disappointing.nnIn contrast, McDonald’s Croydon provides excellent service. Even when they are very busy, staff acknowledge drivers, ask for our order numbers, and try to prepare orders as quickly as possible. I feel respected and valued.nnThe same goes for Guzman y Gomez — very professional, organised, and always communicating with drivers even during busy times. Outstanding service.nnOther stores should learn from them. Respect and communication make a huge difference.
Absolutely outstanding if you enjoy waiting over 30 minutes for an order… only to have it made wrong three separate times. Had to keep reminding staff what I actually ordered, which was a fun little bonus activity.nnCustomer service was just as memorable—no urgency, no apology, just blank stares like this was all completely normal.nnIf consistency, care, and basic attention to orders aren’t important to you, this is definitely the place. Otherwise, maybe give it a miss.
Bought a double filet o fish on a Tuesday night at 9:30pm, got 2 bits of rubbery cardboard that can't be called fish. Absolutely disgusting. They should be ashamed to serve this as even my dog wouldn't even eat it.
Ordered some food and after 30 minutes called and asked what was happening, they told me they would get it done now. waited 20 minutes to ask for a refund since I could not do it from my end and they gave my Uber eats driver cash to give to me... Update* They didnt give the correct refund so I had to go into the store which was not busy like they said it was...
