I ordered a chocolate mousse, "handmade chips" and chicken soulvaki using uber eats at 1am. The moouse was sour! Unbelievable, chips looked soggy and was drenched in oil. Didn't even look at the souvlaki and threw it away. Called the store immediately and got a response of "just press refund on ubereats". I asked him to throw the rest of the mousses out and he says "I don't know, we just get it in boxes". I will never buy food from here again and I really hope this joint gets shut down. This was all in a span of 5mins within getting the food. Yes it's that bad guys...
This place seems okay...Kebab was average, the guy serving seemed nice. The shop itself needs a lot of work, it's sad that noone who works there takes pride in making it look nice. No a/c fans on a hot day makes it unpleasant to be in there. Lots of things seem broken, with dangling wires etc.
Worst kebab I've had in my life. Would give 0 stars if I could. Will be contacting council to inspect the kitchen. Also ordered a pizza and the dough seemed off and was not the toppings we ordered. Wowee that was bad.
Absolutely appalling shop conditions. My 3 year old daughter was even running around saying "Yucky bugs". I feel as though they heard this as the staff member tried to offer her a handful of chips on a piece of paper towel. Throwing my food in the bin and will never be returning here again. Will be reporting this further than this review too. I mentioned it to the staff member and he looked at me dumbfounded.
how can you tell me there is a driver coming for me to then wait another 10 minutes for someone to be assigned, then when he arrives 10 minutes later for him to cancel presumably because your slow af or making my food fresh I stg if this new driver who’s still had to wait 5+ minutes doesn’t bring me a fresh hsp and fresh chips imma smash your window
AVOID! The chicken in the souvlaki was well hidden from the top, so I didn't realise it was RAW until I was eating it. It is more the colour of bacon than of chicken, slightly translucent and quite pink. I ripped into it to see if it could just be thigh and pink because of that. It doesn't tear/shred like it would if cooked through and is like trying to tear a raw chicken breast rubbery and tough. Ordered through Ubereats and it took just over an hour to arrive. More than enough time to cook it thoroughly.
If given the option I would have selected NO Stars! I was absolutely disgusted in the quality of the 2 pizzas I ordered. The base was worse than a cheap supermarket frozen pizza, and add onto that it wasn't cooked properly. Toppings on pizza tasted funny, as if they were off? Took the pizza home to the family, we all started eating, then half way through a slice, everyone said, there's something wrong, these taste off! Awful, off, horrible pizzas! We all felt very unsettled in the stomach after attempting to eat these pizzas! I should have read reviews beforehand, I definitely would have gone elsewhere if I had read reviews! I will never be returning here, and will be sharing my experience with friends and family to save them from, wasting their money and saving their stomachs from possible sickness!

After ordering what I was tricked into thinking was a kebab. What I received I can only describe as a wet noodle stuffed with garlic. To my horror when I decided to throw it in the bin after spitting the first bite out, even inside the packaging I was still able to fold the kebab in half twice at which point it turned into ministrone soup. Then I burnt my bin and moved house. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Place has apparently changed ownership from when I first reviewed, and it's much worse now. Food tends to be way, way too salty. Chicken parma was literally raw inside had to cook in the microwave at home. The quality of the kebab meat is not as good and tends to be dry and salty!, especially the chicken.
