Normally pretty decent service and friendly staff, however after my last experience this evening its beginning to become quite frustrating. The last four times in a row I have asked for confirmation at the drive thru that the shaker fries sachet is included in my meal, each time I had asked I was assured it was, however it has not been given to me once! Last time I had even asked for an extra one to be included (which I was charged for and everything!!) And yet still no damn shaker fries!!! Today in my last attempt I had asked, confirmed and assured yet still they keep failing to deliver on what is such a relatively simple issue. Every single time it is displayed on the screen and it's on my receipt that it's included also.. please stop neglecting what encourages your customers to return!!

Possibly the worst McDonald's in Australia. Always dirty, always staffed by poorly presented staff who are more interested in their social lives than customers. Last time I went at 8am and put my rubbish in the bin. Still had dinner menu rubbish in it. Checked another big, same story. Playgrounds is dingy and had no natural ventilation. If you must visit this poor excuse for fast food, do yourself a favour and use the drive-thru.

No problems with the quality of the food, some issues (LOL) with getting what is ordered and paid for.

Lack of attention or interest by the junior staff on site. Had to remind them to complete my order after waiting fifteen minutes. Restaurant was clean buy flies a problem

Typical Maccas. Though the regular lady who makes the coffee is friendly and does a good job😁
