Absolutely disgusting food and service. I put an official complaint in for our order and was given a nugget voucher that expired in a matter of hours. We went in to get a second sauce after the first one was congealed and had nothing in it for 80c worth of sauce and it was just as bad. Food is always terrible here and we will never go back.
Never have I experience a place to eat that's worse than this!! Took my kids there today. Place smelt so bad my skid mark jocks smell better. Kids didn't even want to play on the play ground and they would play in a pile of mud for fun. Watched my order be prepared. My kids and I were the only ones in the store. The young girl thought it was Macca's burger flipping and squishing Olympics. Slam dunked my burger in the bag like Koby Bryant. Sauce explosion in the bag like my toilet is the after a Saturday night at Gilligans. Trash definately super duper fast food though so they can get more than 0 stars!
Bought my grandkids to Edmonton MacDonalds at 2pm, dirty tables and rubbish on the ground, front service staff not friendly at all, looked like they didnt want to be there, waited awhile for our lunch, won't come back to this MacDonalds
Just went to Edmonton McDonald's 30/04/25 around 8:15pm and we received exceptional service from the staff. All the young people there were so bright, bubbly and friendly and helpful, making sure our order was right. These young people will go far in life. Keep up the great work and awesome attitude!
5/5 as far as Maccas experience goes for me. Staff were absolutely beautiful and accomodating. I had my kids giving me the irrits and a baby that needed a bottle heated, staff helped without question.nnI feel terrible for them on the occasion of my visit some locals that came into the store with with some obvious cultural issues came in a threw food and drink all over the store because they weren’t allowed to vape in the store.nnThe staff handled it so professionally I was absolutely stunned.nnThey said nothing and didn’t even call police
