Subject: Poor QualitynI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent order. The churros and garlic bread were burned, making them inedible. Additionally, there was no dip available for the churros, and there was no sauce on top of the pizza as expected. The pizza itself had cheese on the bottom, topped with vegetables, which was not what I ordered or expected.nnWhen I contacted your team to address these issues, I felt that you started making excuses instead of providing a satisfactory resolution. This experience has been disappointing and does not meet the standards of quality and service I expect.nnI hope you will look into this matter and take appropriate steps to improve your quality control and customer service.
Not a big fan of white sauce or someone's great service but chilli flakes and capsaicin in different Hawaiian pizzas is crazy
Ordered 2 Pizzas take away and when I got home I was so disappointed. One of my pizzas was a pepperoni with Pineapple and Mushroom and it was like they forgot to put the pepperoni.nAt first I thought there was none at all then we found 4 pieces out of 12 that had 1-2 pieces of pepperoni on them. Most had nonenThe other one was a Hawaiian and it was all squashed on one sidenI used to get Domino’s at Clifton Beach and it was definitely better.
Large was an overstatement for the one person sized pizza that arrived.nA simple margarita was dry as a biscuit!nPizza arrived promptly.
Was frankly disappointed with my pizza. For a store that prides itself on excellent service, the cutting of my pizza was shocking. Not only was it not cut all the way through, it was also cut widely off-centred where the red dot is. Do better.
