McDonald's

This McDonalds isn't the best. I went during a quiet time and it still took over 10 minutes for a Frozen Coke. I asked a manager if my order was being done, they basically just ignored me. At least the Frozen Coke was filled all the way up (thanks for the employee that filled it, some only fill it 4/5 of the way), which is the only reason it's got two stars. During peak times, the queues are even longer and the service is even worse. Especially as there is a counter in the train station itself. I have also witnessed wrong orders happening. During a separate time, I ordered an Angus burger. Getting any of the more complicated burgers (Angus range, Custom etc.) is even worse, as they are often not made very well. The basic burgers, fries and drinks are fine though. In short, the service and management here can be lacking at times. I wouldn't come back unless I really needed to.

Terribly rude staff gave absolutely 0 time of day and just chucked change and receipt into my hand, quarter pounder burger was falling apart in box and minimal sauce. Bad vibes

In all honesty, this store needs to be managed with more care. The staff are ridiculously slow in thought, and food is not presented at a adequate standard. Would come again, but not too often.

Takes forever to get food even when it's not busy, staff are slow and rude. Self serve kiosks always broken, ice cream machine always "broken"

Yeah you just need to be waaiiiiiiiiiting ..............because managers do not serve even though there's only one person working at that time... They would prefer to have a cool chat...
