Normally wouldn’t ever bother to write a review, if I don’t like a place I simply just wont come back but this really boiled my blood. My grandma went to Nene chicken twice first time she went she was greeted by the sullen service which made her feel a bit uncomfortable she said she felt like she wasn’t wanted there. The guy was rolling his eyes and greasing her off. She chose to go back a second time thinking surely that was just a bad employee goes back a second time. There was a girl working there this time but he was still there. My grandma speaks very little English and said “Chips, Large” but the girl apparently couldn’t understand and then the worker walked up and said she is Australian and cannot understand your broken English (he said this in Chinese to her) so my grandma says “so you understand yes?” He said “yes” so she said “you can take my order then” it left my grandma feeling very upset she asked to see the manager but the worker said “there isn’t one but i offer my apology” while looking away and yet again rolling his eyes. I suggest the owners and managers of this establishment really review the quality of workers they hire. Just because someone you hire is young does not give them the excuse to be sullen and rude.

they are lucky the sauces is good，because the chicken is too dry，more like dried meat

Looks great, smell great but the taste was very average. Wait time was not so desirable

My first ever 1 star rating.. don’t expect any customer service,, not sure the guy at the front counter can smile or not,,, they hate customers.. not recommended
