Poor service by the owner.

Been to this restaurant few times. Experience were rather good. Until the very last time.
Some months ago we went for dinner. Got given a table outside the toilet. Explained we did not want to take that table and happy to wait for another table available.

Then the owner stepped in and said they had no more tables available. While he did not put up an attitude, he did not even give us a chance to wait for another table. 

Obviously, the impression I got was 'We are busy. This is the only table. Take it or leave it. We do not care about your patronage.'

Have not been back since.

Great place for Vietnamese eats. Reasonably priced. Can get a bit busy and noisy at times.  Have tried the rice and noodle dishes and they are both yummy. Would recommend the grilled pork on rice.

Nice place. Good food. But they hussle you out too quickly. Too busy.

Great Thai and Vietnamese cusine. Quick service with plenty of seating. Can get busy. Servings are on the smaller side, though adequate.
