Every, Single, Time, the staff only give half of your order, and when you confirm with them everything is in the bag, they say yes. I can't recall the last time I entered this place and didn't have items missing from my order. This place NEEDS a team leader that can actually run a team and not a bunch of teenagers that don't care.
I am very disappointed! The manager working at 7:20pm on Thursday 22nd August was so disgusting! She was so rude to customers and employees! When I was waiting at the counter it took 5 minutes for someone to help me when people were clearly free! Some employees even on their phone or buying themself food, when I finally got helped by the manager, she was so rude! I had a problem with one of the machines and she was not kind about it at all! Like how was it my fault that YOUR machine wasn’t working? And then when it was fixed she sighed and rolled her eyes. Get better staff!
Some of the worst Maccas I’ve had. Stale Pattie that felt like it had been sitting in the warmer all day and missing ingredients from the hamburger!!nDo they not have any idea of customer service?
4 weeks in a row we have ordered for delivery.n4th week no straws with the drinks.nNo spoons for the sundaesnThis week burger not even wrapped.nnWorst McDs best to avoid.nWe won't be going for a 5th week
Ordered a $40 Shared Meal through the drive-thru , which I thought included the giveaway glasses , upon receiving my order I enquired about whether my order came with the giveaway glasses. It would seem that the staff have no clue about this giveaway as the staff member shrugged his shoulders and gave me a 'dunno'.nQuite disappointing and very misleading...sort this out please Maccas...or BK will get my custom next time.
