A long time since I have had Pizza Hut 'Pizza'. Obviously strong competition has forced them to improve meat quantity, taste and more cheese. This Pizza was an improvement over my last one. The customer service was also very good.
I have ordered apricot chicken pizza of $21 today and got just cheesy chicken pizza without sliced off.when I ring them they simply said the only thing which we missed is the apricot sauce and slicing the pizza.They were not even ready to apologise or to replace my Pizza . Poor customer service and attitude from the staff. It’s not a free service, we paid for the pizza.
Short story: never try to get food from here, service is non existant. Third time in a row and a terrible experience. I purposely went to the store 30min later than my pick up time because the last couple times it had been about 30min late. This time after waiting at the counter for 12min yes I timed it then grabbing the attention of one person calling out an order, I asked if they could check if my order was ready for pick up, they said it will be soon. After another 10 min passes, and the nine customers in store are talking to each other about how long they've waited, a lady asks to cancel her order because she can't leave her kids in the car for any longer. All the customers in store are telling fresh customers not to order because the waits are over an hour. People are turning up because their deliveries are over an hour overdue. When I asked again where my order was it turned out that they "lost the ticket" and were about to remake the order. This is 90min after the original pick up time. I asked for a refund so I could go somewhere that could actually provide fast food. It'll take 3 or 4 business days. Probably the average time they make pizzas. I will never go here again, and would recommend the same for others. It used to be good for cheap trashy pizza, but turns out even that's too hard to make. There was no manager present when the customers banned together and asked if they could explain what's going on. I guess I'm the mug that gave them this many chances.
I'm on giving it 2 stars as this is for there value for money. But how can you run a fast food service and wait more than a half hour for 3 pizzas. It's because the place is run by kids who is not properly trained and placed in peak time with no proper assist. After receiving my order the order was incorrect asking for a combo and not getting it but a large pizza.
absolute worst customer service i’ve ever seen. the teenage workers were extremely rude and tried to avoid taking our order by ignoring us for fifteen minutes while we stood at the counter asking for them. pizza was pretty rank as well
Pizza arrived nearly an hour late, missing items as they had none, asked for bbq drizzle and the whole pizza is ruined as it is covered in bbq sauce! Worst service! Best effort from the delivery driver, nice guy wasn't his fault, so good job to him
If I could give 0 stars I would. This place continues to let me down since I first ever ordered, I thought I could get past the missing items or the smooshed pizza or even delivering it to the wrong house ! But recently the service here has been disgusting, I understand getting overwhelmed by orders but taking a customers money for delivery not providing any food for over an hour and a half and by the time we call youre closed ! No one contacted me and when I did call myself I was assured a refund which I never received and in the end gave up trying to retrieve my money. I thought maybe things got better but I was wrong I continued to order today and haven’t received my food AGAIN this place is disgusting for service I really recommend ordering else where.
Absolutely useless. Every time I have Pizza Hut I regret it. Get a call asking what house it is tell the delivery guy walks up to my house then walks away. Doesn’t leave my food so I call him. “Sorry the bro mixed up the order” asked him if my order will then be cold when it gets here he said probably. I asked them to remake my order as I didn’t pay for cold food. He said he will talk to his manager and call me back. They said they would make my order again. Never received my food, honestly useless!
Items forgotten from delivery order. My youngest 5yrs doesn’t eat pizza so I order chicken tenders for her, they have forgotten these twice now. First time was 15th Sept, order was 20mins late then had to wait another 30 mins for the forgotten tenders. And again tonight, 17th Oct, order was 30mins late, delivery guy handed me the food, I asked where the tenders were, he checked the receipt to confirm I had ordered them then said he is on his way back to the store so will pick them up and drop them off. I watched him sprint down the driveway back to his car which made me feel he was going to sort this quickly. 40 mins later I called the store to ask when I might expect my daughters food to which they said my order had already been delivered, yes most of it was but not the tenders. I explained the situation and conversation with the delivery guy and the store had no idea what I was talking about so I can only assume the delivery guy gapped it out of here and ignored it. In the end I asked for a refund as it’s school tomorrow, almost an hr past my daughters bedtime and I now had to make her something to eat for dinner. She’s sad that she didn’t get to join in on having takeaways as it’s a treat for us. Foods actually alright but the service is less than mediocre. Please sort it out. Update: 6days later and still no call from the manager as promised. Disappointing…
This store is the absolute worst! The worst customer service staff literally don't care looked like they walked in and got job I ordered and waited for 2 hours called an hour after it was meant to be delivered they lied and said shouldn't be too long and couldn't get off the phone fast enough the girl was so rude when i asked why it is taking so long no apology at all 30 mins later I had to get something else for dinner I go into the store to find out what happend the staff told me my 2 hour order was the talk of the night and it hadn't even left the store to be delivered. I asked why my order wasn't delivered at all girl had an attatude and said I don't know i wasnt here i was doing deliveries asked if it would be cold girl on counter says well it's been in the warmer! She asked if I wanted a refund like it's an option no care in her apology at all no accountability and still no refund I've made a complaint and still no reply!! Absolute joke store needs serious help with food and service skills!!
