Would give 0 stars if possible. This place is just terrible. No customer service. Rude, arrogant and totally dismissive. I don't know how they're still open. Can't even slice a pizza correctly!nThe reviews say it all, as does the manager's generic reply to every single review. The number given to complain directly to the store isn't even anything like a New Zealand phone number, much less is it in service!

Friendly staff and usual good quality of the food, but when walking in to the store to pick up my order I was shocked at how filthy the store was. Dirty floors, disgusting kick boards at the counter. Old tape marks and velcro dots everywhere. Staff with great long beards not wearing beard nets.  I hate to think how filthy it is behind the counter in the food prep area if that's what the front presentation is.  Makes me think twice about ordering again..  Eating left overs today and find a great long black hair looks like facial hair to me in my garlic bread.  Gross!!

Wish I could give everything a 0… after ordering for an isolation delivery due to being sick, my order was never delivered. When I rang to see what was going on, they assured me that my order was delivered. I looked all around my property and the neighbours. They insisted that it was delivered and I just wasn’t looking properly…nnI was offered no refund, no re delivery or anything. The manager was extremely rude on the phone. I was left with no food and $25 out of pocket.. will never be ordering from here again.

Pre-ordered some pizzas for collection 45 min after order was placed. Arrived on time and screen showed 13 min to go. Was assured multiple times that the screen was wrong and my order would be done in a few minutes. Eventually after being lied to for 30 min, the pizzas were still not ready, so I demanded a refund and left. Rated the store negatively, was contacted and no apology offered, other than a voucher code. Last time I support Dominoes especially when Pizza Hutt is just around the corner.

the lovely sofia delivered my pizza promptly and with care. if i could request a delivery driver every time i ordered my pizza i would request her because she is just the sweetest girl!
