I have always been happy with this store but yesterdays experience needs to be improved. The new look store looks great. The hot food took so long to come out it looked as if it was never heated in the first place. The drinks and sundaes were perfect. The girl working on the front desk was doing a good job but needed help. No one came from out back to help even if it was just to assist in the busy period. I saw back kitchen staff with no urgency to move quicker. There needs to be a rocket there if anyone cares to launch one.
Want to Wait an age to get the food bag. Many person are working here, store managers ,Shift managers ,supervisor and etc.nnCompare to bakery Hill McDonald’s need to be trained well and the hygienic policy. Why they are keeping a dirty mop on a food serving table.
Not a good experience here.nnTravelling through Adelaide to Melbourne looking for a quick bite to eat.nnThe toilets were absolutely disgusting. Gag worthy. The one cistern was blocked and the one one urinal was not in good shape. Smell was horrendous.nnIt took over ten minutes for our order to be completed. Seemingly a grilled chicken salad is not a staple order here as it took an eternity to make. Looked terrible and whilst it was being made everything else went cold.nnTerrible.nnWon’t be back here.
It was okay.nThe drive through line was huge so we went inside to order and ended up eating in. Ordering was easy on the machine. One was broken. The food came quite quickly. The staff were quite distracted and busy. Ordered breaky. Again, it was okay. I worked out having no cheese on the egg and bacon McMuffin made it a lot nice. Just my opinion. Got coffee too which is at a different counter. They had all the different milks which is good. I don’t think this maccas will ever be short of customers. Maybe some extra staff would improve things a bit.
Used the drive through to pick up 'the next big thing' chicken burger. Overcooked dry chicken with 4 tiny pieces of lettuce and half a teaspoon of the special sauce. Nothing like the advertising and I won't be ordering another. Management didn't even want to take my call- very poor.
