Another Maccas, however the wait was beyond ridiculous!nWe didn't get our full order and still the food was luke warm!nWe didn't drive back thru to get rest of our order as tbh, we were so annoyed and already waited a good ten minutes if not more!nDo not know how they cope on a BUSY? nite!¡!nStaff couldn't even apologise for the wait nor was there any thank you or upsell! Atrocious!!!
Friendly staff, fast service, and great outdoor seating make this McDonald’s a standout. We had two 5-piece McWings meals with drinks and a McPop. Everything was fresh and tasty. The matcha latte was the star: perfectly balanced with that sweet-bitter aftertaste real matcha should have, unlike other brands that are overly sweet. Highly recommend!
horrible. probably waited 20mins for my food. girl in the blue top was chatting to her friends that walked in, the whole time. the whole place was a mess. orange juice on the table, from when i entered and still there when i was leaving 40mins, they only put down a sign probably about 20mins after it was spilled. rubbish everywhere, furniture not clean, staff were rude and inattentive. they weren’t busy at all, definitely had time to clean the place.
Very busy Ballarat Maccas with plenty of drive-through customers lined up at Christmas time. Staff were going at a fast pace. However I was just passing by Ballarat on the train and had an hour or two to spare so went to McDonalds and it took quite a while to order and even get a staff member's attention for a quick dine in meal at least 5-10 minutes, possibly longer. Pretty much the focus for staff was entirely on vehicles driving through! But I guess somewhat understandable at this busy time of 2025! I did enjoy though seeing many of the magnifent Xmas decorations in the Main street. Worth the train stopover for sure. Quite a few international tourists about as well and overall felt pretty safe at this time of the night c 10pm.
I ordered 20 nuggets and a burger on the My Maccas app. The only good thing was that my burger was hot. The nuggets looked and tasted like they were reheated. They were hot on the outside and warm on the inside and very hard to chew. The top bun on my burger was very hard and there was way too much sauce on it.nI did think it was the dasher's fault, but they were very quick from when they picked up my order.
