Came through drive thru on 9/2/24 around 4:30 pm and ordered 6 pieces of sweet and sour crunch. These people just gave me two big boxes of chips. Really disappointed but I really like their chicken though
Ordered red hot fried and hot honey fried.nThe taste is good for a fried chicken. The sauce is not coated evenly., but that's okay I guess.nThe size is big, that's good.
Riley quite rude. Told me there was no point in reprinting ticket receipt. I said I need a readable receipt may you please reprint however did not endeavour in anyway to be able to give a Readable receipt. Dining area filthy and don't get me started on toiletsnChicken and chips were cold, hair in potato and gravy things down
Look, Red Rooster is good. I like it. My issue is with the service.nOn Friday March 15 at about 7pm, I lined up in a busy drive through. It's normal for them to be busy, no worries.nI get to the speaker box and get no response for five minutes. A lady speaks and says we'll be with you shortly, no problem. I wait a further five minutes until a man speaks to take my order. Order the Picklebird is good.nAt the speaker box, the view drive through line is obstructed by the sign. I assume the delay was because they're busy. I drive forwards to get to the booth and discover there is no one in line in front of me anymore. I drive up, they take my payment, and I wait a further 6 minutes for food.nMy issue is i kept seeing staff talking amongst themselves and not doing much. Normally, whatever don't care. But it was strange no one was available to take my order? Ten minutes at a speaker box is silly. Waiting for someone to speak to me.nI wouldn't put this up if this was a one-off occurrence, but there have been regular delays on previous visits without clear reason.nTo Red Rooster head office: I don't want compensation. Don't rely to this review asking if I want I speak to a manager. I will probably go back and punish myself with awkward wait times, just not as soon as I'll go other places with better customer service. I still like your chicken, I still like the chips.nI don't care if there's a line and I have to wait a little bit. But I spent 28 minutes in line I checked my google maps, and 10 minutes of that was at the speakerbox waiting for someone to talk to.
The sweet chilli chicken is on point! nnThe chips are also amazing! nnI want to add an extra special thank you to the person working behind the counter who was happy to explain to me all the choices; since I'd never eaten in a red rooster before
