I've been with a few providers over the years between jobs and have never had someone so eager to help me in a way that takes into account my abilities and disabilities, from narrowing availability, location and travel to even helping by looking for the types of jobs that suit me best, Hallet has gone through it all with complete transparency, eager to get me into work as much as I had been looking for work. Got moved from deception bay just 4km away to Kippax ring office over 25km away with no transport to get there. About to be evicted due to these jokers stopping payments for same reason ,and all the while not done a single thing to help. Not a resume review, not a useless course to make it look like they are utilising my funding wisely. Thanks Max non employment, maybe don't get 5 or 6 different people to contact me either cos that confuses the issue too. My 7yo son and I thankyou for making us homeless!!
This business is in the industry of communication between employers and job seekers. Last week was on hold for one hour and a half then pressed button for a call back...ten days later still waiting... Not even Centrelink are this bad... How can it be allowed? If your organisation cant work out you are losing employers and job seekers with your communication skills, then what can i say to add.
WORST. JOB AGENCY IN SOUTH EAST QLD! I was on the highest level of funding for courses, they always said no funding Available.. I was with them for 7 yrs. Unemployed.
Never kept phone appts. When on hold they'd just cut you off after a certain amount of time.e. if you arranged a call back, they never called back.
