Very poor service The woman serving just didn’t want to be there was not helpful whatsoever Called a supervisor who just bashed me over the head with a rule book I went to Beenleigh and they fixed me up without any trouble Hopeless if you work not interested in helping at all Won’t go back there ever ..... I suggest they place more people friendly staff out front to deal with the public ....

One of the best experience I've had at a TMR office, friendly and helpful staff who were genuinely interested in getting me through the caravan inspection and registration process. Plenty of services close by as well eg. public weigh bridge. Highly recommend.

How do they expect people with full time jobs to ever get to these centres when their opening hours are designed for people who either don't work or work part time. In this day & age, it's just ridiculous.Are we supposed to take a sick day or annual leave day? Plus, there is never any parking available.
