I put aside 2 hours to get through the expected wait. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! Super efficient system.nKim was very helpful with the paperwork, which was given to me at the door when I told them why I was there. Guard at the door was very nice and polite, directing me into the correct place.nAll around excellent service!
Staff are absolutely lovely… I particularly come here as the customer service is amazing. Don’t be in a rush- there were literally 30+ people waiting just after 9:30am. But worth the wait. I live on the Sunshine Coast & prefer this outlet.
I have almost five years of driving experience. I once worked as a professional forklift driver for one year. I failed six times in this examination room. My IQ is 125. The examiner’s judgment of the timing of hand-operated gear shifting is completely different. When I finished, I said I didn't look back, but I don't remember changing lanes. I don't know why, but next time I will start my exam in another exam room.nand they don't give you a chance to speak at all when the test is finished and scored.
NIKKI!!!! she was at counter 4 today 7/08/24 SHE WAS AMAZING. I work in with vulnerable children and women and she saved me from losing my job, and was SOOO supportive and helpful. She went over and above for me and she really didn’t have too!! Some do their job for the money and some for the people, Nikki is definitely for the people. I owe her my life!! 222 BABY!!!
There is about 12-15 vehicle parks, which is crazy considering the number of daily customers. The car park is so badly designed that if full, which you can't see until after entering, you have to reverse your vehicle backwards out - if possible! Just ridiculousness, with no room to turn around so you have no alternative but to back out into the driveway. There were two vehicles doing that when I arrived, so be prepared.nnFirstly you have to stand in line outsise until permitted inside by a security officer. Then there were about 60 customers waiting inside and only 5-6 staff attending, so be prepared for a very long wait. Obviously way under staffed, and this was not during a lunchtime period.nnPay online if you possibly can, to save yourself a lot of angst.
